OYO Admiral Suites Hotel Aerocity - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

The hotel didn't even exist, OYO just booked something, no customer service or anything. I had to search for an another hotel by paying a much higher price and even paid extra travel charges. I totally need a compensation.

Worst room, service The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid ...and also the management is not giving proper responce.. Untidy and worst option.. Stay in streets better than staying here..attitude of management was pathethic.. All cheaters

Not suggested!!! The worst stay of my life ever. The bedsheets were dirty and staff refused to change it when asked. Lock and Key system ( the most necessary) was not given. You need to go out without locking room. Disgusting. The water was not coming anywhere in the morning. Worst Cleaning. Worst behavior of staff. Not suggested!!!

Scam hotel (as there are a lot in the area). Beware!

Worst experience ever. Plz don't go there it's waste of money All broken furniture, door,bathroom is dirty..room is dirty with the old torn staff is very rude .they don't provide room key.. They will show the best room first and ask us to pay . And then allocate the worst room.and bathroom were there is no water

The receptionist Mr. Madhav is so rude and unprofessional. Once I made a complaint, His behaviour changed from polite to rude. This hotel doesn't deserve a single booking. He shouted and screamed at me and asked me to leave the hotel. I have never faced such kind of harrasment in my life.

We stayed at Admiral hotel in the early hours of September 3rd 2019. Overall we must admit that the overall experience was worst any one can desire. The Staff are not co-operative and are not professional in allocating room to the those who book online. Even though the Air-conditioning was working, we couldn't sleep properly as there were lot of mosquitoes around we were not able to protect ourselves despite our best efforts as we were not provided with any bedsheets. In the morning when we asked for breakfast they told us it will be provided at 9 am. We booked a cab and loaded the luggage by 9 am so that we can have breakfast and get on with our journey to the Airport, we were told that the breakfast will be provided in the room, so we were waiting in a room which we already checked out. The breakfast which was brought for us was given to some other guest and we were told that we need to wait another 10 min to get ours. Needless to say we had to get along with our journey as we couldn't take the risk of missing our flight.

Room was not clean bad smell was coming from the room Bedsheet and pillows were dirty moreover the hotel has charged me 100 rs extra as GST which was not shown in oyo bill
