It is all nice and fine and is also situated in a great place and location, until it comes to their service. It's the worst. Literally the worst. I've never seen such low services at a hotel as I saw and experienced in this hotel. If you're thinking of spending the day at this hotel it's an absolute thumbs-up. But if you're planning to stay in at night then look for better hotels with better services.
Just never ever book this. I booked this hotel through Fabhotel. After entering they told me that my booking price was low that's why they shifted our booking to another property.(where I clearly mentioned that I want this specific room how much price it will be) then I didn't able to contact fab that time, so I asked them to give us a room. They charged high amount from us. After entering the room we saw the mattress were uncleaned also the room. And that room was very cheap than they charged. Then after 1 hour they told us there were some problem in washroom, need to call the plumber, and they provide usanother small and cheap room for 3-4 hours. After 3-4 hours they didn't call back us, so we come back to our room and saw that were locked. After knocking,a man came inside the room and say that they are stay that room. After that we go to the reception they don't have anything to say. But still they claim 2,720 rs for 3-4 hours with their poor service, cheating, and harrasment.
Rude Attitude, oyo charged 799/ INR, but when I reached at 06.00 pm they charged 1600/ INR. Please don't go there, otherwise you will face such a lot problems. Room is good but service is not good.. Not good as per cost
The hotel staffs are layer. when i go to the hotel for check in then ask me for extra money, the told if i not give extra money to them then they don't allow me to check in the hotel... they are froud.....
Never prefer this hotel again. The staffs of this hotel are very useless and illiterate people. The experience in this hotel was horrible for me. The bathroom door and show was broken . If you book this hotel online, they will not accept it and forcing you to give double amount of online booking price. Highly unsatisfied and not recommended to everyone
