OYO Abcos Guest House Near City Centre Salt Lake - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

It was a very bad experience, we called them in advance... They said rooms are available and reception stays open at 5 a.m. But when we reached there they didn't open the gate, didn't receive the call and made us wait till 6.30 a.m. just to let us know that the hotel is not running anymore. It was an exam day for me and I had a very bad start that day because of such people. Then with all the luggage, I had to walk for 1/2 mile to find a place to check in. Horrible really.

Location was Good Staffs were well behaved and honest. But they r extremely unprofessional. Room, washroom & bed were so much dirty. After requesting to change all the bedsheets towel pillow covers etc, they brought another set bt that was also same. There was no locking system. So security is a big issue. Inside lock was quite loose and no lock at outside. So overall it was a pathetic experience.

Very poor service. No service at all even drinking water not available inspite of telling a many to the reception no body care upoun me . Wash room is very dirty. No tea and breakfast is available. And finally at the time of payment double amout they have charged over your Oyo price. Dear Oyo team, it's a kind request pls do not allow this guest house to be in your list or you may quit your business platform. I will never book a single room through Oyo. If you have a little care for your customer after getting message from me , kindly call me once.

I had a great time there. It has all the amenities that you could ever want, and it's very clean. The price was also good according to what it had to offer. The wi-fi was always working, parking was available, and check-in was easy. It is located near a bus stop which made it very convenient for public transportation as well.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was well decorated and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a budget-friendly property. Checking in and checking out went smooth. It was a perfect location for my needs.

best place at budget. Clean and friendly staff. Have stayed here for 5 times so far. They allow outside food too even have a kitchen. Couple friendly too I guess.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and the experience was just wonderful. The hotel ambiance was very good and check-in was hassle-free. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best I have ever had. The room was comfortable too, with a nice view of the city as well. I would stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was great. The room was clean and the staff was polite. The location was also easy to find and it's close to a lot of restaurants. I only did not like that the WiFi didn't work in my room and the TV views were really bad.
