Room was quite spacious but the bathroom missing the basic amenities. Gyser was not working. Even after repeated complaints no resolution was provided.
Horrible Hotel and it is highly misused in residential area. i booked for 3 nights and paid advance amount one week before at premium rate but after one night hotel owner Checked by his own without intimating me or without my consent. The condition of room is unhygienic, Ac not working, ac remote not available, No water in morning due to mistake of Care Taker. They are using these rooms for unmarried couples and even if you book dedicated room, still they will allot room to unmarried couple. This will be escalated to SSP/DC level- local faridabad police. I lost my perfume too and in one word high level of unprofessionalism . from oyo call centre i get resolution as sorry which is painful.
Worst oyo ever seen. When I reached, I already had a booking, he asked me to wait for 2 hours as the room wasnt available, i said how its possible that you dont have rooms & I have a booking, he threw my documents and said "nahi hai room..jao complaint krdo" Please be careful before going there.

Worst experience of staying at Oyo..behaviour of hotel manager and staff was very rude ..No greet at time of check in.in morning..Before stepping out of hotel we asked the manager..that is there any problem if we come late at night..then manager said there is no issue of late night..After that when we arrive hotel at 12 am night..We tried to rang the door bell but it was not working...We tried to call at hotel reception but no one received our call..Then we crossed the boundaries of hotel to enter..Because we have no other options left with us...And no breakfast was served during our stay...If it is possible please remove this hotel from oyo.

The room service is very pathetic. If they say they wilk delover in 2 minutes, that imploes that you will get it after 2 hours.
