Lots of paper works. Good for nothing U might even have to work for the hotel. No lift No cleanliness. Lots of bugs. Lots of inspection was done before they gave us room I think it's a hotel where there is something fishy.

Refused OYO booking, untrained staff, dirty and smell rooms, mosquito are there, they will ask for at every time when they provide anything, like i asked for bisleri water. While delivering at my hotel boy asked me to give 30rs... Very Bad service. Not easy to reach.
Disgusting hotel. Rooms are very small, smelly bathrooms, cockroaches are everywhere. The guy at the reception is very irritating.
Very bad services I m working person have to travel and I reached late at the hotel I called them the owner is running a company in the hotel itself and was very rude they don't have a place for my driver as every hotel have a place to stay for drivers. They asked for additional money and said u have to book a separate room since it was too late around 3 on in night I had no other choices rather than paying extra moreover they lock gates and when I asked to open them they need to confirm and ask from the owner who didn't picked the call on time . Had a verbal spat with the receptionist and they had a bouncer over there he started abusing and said sone nii dete bhenchod I was very upset with such kind a behavior in addition they said we don't take booking from Oyo but Oyo confirmed my booking to this hotel had a very bad experience with this hotel , I won't suggest any this stay .. think twice before staying in such a pathetic place
The hotel is good but I won't recommend if you are looking for Business booking. Proper Invoice is not provided by the hotel and not even by the booking company like Oyo. So I won't recommend this hotel for Business Booking.
Worst experience as a customer. They always ask for money even if u just buy a tea weather you submitted 30000 they just disturb you for 15 rupees.very irresponsible staaf with no services at night.
