Very bad experience rats mosquito no flush working no room service they 2000 per night not recommended room value 500 per night in this services ... staff was little good but Hotel room was nt good as per chargers
Rooms are ok. Not up to the mark. There is no lift amd it is difficult for elders to climb the stairs. Water leaking, dirty beds, towels, no basic sanitary things in bathroom. The bathroom is very dirty and no hot water coming even after heater is there. Have not provided water. They charged me for early check-in as well. I am totally disappointed with the stay. Think twice before booking this hotel.
They say they don't have ready rooms still manage to give to others in front of you. I m sure you smart enough to understand that what kind hospitality they offer. You have great experience while standing there for hours waiting for confirmation of your room in the middle of night as you booked hotel from oyo not from them personally.
Dear Oyo, Kindly focus on your standard instead of only earning money. Below average experience. These are the cons i found in this hotel. 1) Reception guy was rude 2) After dimming lights in room you can hear mouse's voice from below bed. 3) Hygiene and Cleanliness was not maintained. 4) 30 mins wait time after 12pm. Now don't just reply with you apologize, fix this issue first.
Very unprofessional and badly managed services of this Hotel. Not a good experience at all. OYO needs to be clear with lot of things regarding the hotels partnered with and their own T&Cs. Those should not be changed if someone or other has said something earlier or not. You better keep your services clean and promising. Nothing else, very annoying this was. Hope this issue's improved soon.
