OYO 9924 Lisa Guest House - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

It was a really horrific experience this time while staying at this Hotel. I stayed in this Hotel earlier also once, that time all I found average, not bad. But, this time it was truly horrible experience. They put the AC off from outside, even if I turned that off while going out. I literally had to call the Owner at 10.45 PM at night to put that on after started suffering of suffocasion. They do not have any call bell/button/switch. They haveone telephone although I didn't try that, whether that works or not. Hardly someone found on the reception. They put one notive at the reception "No Outside Food is allowed" and they didn't have any option give me food during my stay. Literally funny, right? AC practically doesn't make the room even if it was at 24 degree continuously. Geyser doesn't work. Water suplly in the wash basin was not with good flow. Suggest the authority to please take a good care of the guests please. Baring all these, the location was fantastic, behavour of the attendents as well as the Owner was good/gentle & lovingly, space is also good. I would like to stay in this hotel continously if the above points is taken care of please.

I arrived here exhausted and the clean, secure, and homely vibes were just what I needed. That and the chef prepared meals from their kitchen upstairs were delicious. Watch out though the food is really spicy.

everything is good just other than parking. parking is not auspicious enough. but as the staff is supporting enough they handaled the parking issue . so it also didn't bother me enough. although their food cousin is limited the qualiy of the same is good

pros- location is good, near Manipur Bhawan, Bhangagarh, room is big, bathroom is spacious, no disturbance cons- Service is not that good everytime you have to ask for cleaning and switch on the AC/Gysser, some aminities are not working like flushing and Gysser price should be lesser.

Located on the Ulubari ASEB - Rupnagar path..This place is free from the heavy noise and hustle of Vehicular traffic. Stayed one night in this guest house.. Service and staff behaviour was good. But the rooms are small and the interior is not well decorated.. As the guest house is not new and was built many years ago.. So the decoration and the walls have faded away.. Just 4/5 rooms are available there.. So not that type of environment like staying in hotel.. All other amenities was working well like tv, geyser etc.. You can have a stay here if your budget is not that high..

Nice oyo based guest house. It's in the heart of the city. Don't get deceived by the outer looks of the building. It's very nice inside. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is complementary. We had to leave by 6 AM in the morning and the breakfast was from 8 AM. But the staff were very helpful and made us breakfast themselves without the cook. There was Ac in rooms. Each room costed 900rs in June ending. Very nice place for budget stay.

One of the best stays I've ever had. Got a deal of two rooms for 1515 only so I was a bit sceptical but the rooms are spacious and clean. Didn't find any insects or dirt. But room 107's TV connection is a bit loose

Awesome!! Budget friendly for an AC room with amazing down to earth staff. The rooms are clean & cozy. Everything bout this place is recommendable without a second thought. But the fact that we can't either cancel or change the room once we reach the place ( booking vide OYO) isn't so gud experience .......... I din know that there are such hard n fast rule!!!!! Leaving aside this small surprise, everything is well and good
