OYO 9907 Hotel Sanskar Palace - Hotel in Kanpur - Kanpur Nagar, India

Not satisfactory service. Room was very bad. There was a pillar inside the room. Available Blanket was very dirty and creating very bad smell. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room. During checkout Reception person request the customer to show the mobile for bill check in OYO app and he rate the hotel as 5 star with cheating. This is a one star hotel. Not recommended.

Worst hotel in kanpur. They are only money minded person. I had booked room from Oyo on offer at lower rate then started arguing how u get the booking at such lower cost and ask us to cancel the booking and started comparing with other hotels which were much better then them. Rooms and washroom were too small so I suggest at this rate anyone can get better hotel with decent behaving staffs. I never suggest to stay here. All staffs were misbehaving and food was also worst.

Location wise its good. But hotel experience is worst of all my previous Oyo bookings. Initially they provided 1 room in which there were electric current was flowing when using water geyser. They were not ready to get it fixed nor they were ready to change the room. They were asking to adjust me with that. Later when I spoke to OYO customer care, they provided another room. Other room was very small and bathroom is much smaller, its like we have to be very close to W/C during bath. Other problems like: 1. Door Lock does not work properly 2. Stinking room and toilet and bathroom 3. No intercom 4. Cockroaches 5. No proper light in room and bathroom 6. No doormat for bathroom 7. Room service is too slow 8. Lift does not work properly, I had to call them everytime i used lift to get it started 9.Very Unhygienic Hotel 10. Almirah was full of dust Please be careful when checking in the hotel, it is just the loss of money

Pathetic site to refer to stay. Total fraud. Picture of lift but lift not working. No water in the bathroom. No water to drink. Dont deserve in a single rating. Unhygienic bathroom.

Worst staff I had ever seen especially Mr. Ravi (kindly change your attitude otherwise hotel will get shutdown) No towel no oyo kit. Location of hotel is mapped wrong. Breakfast was included in my booking but not served. Staff made early check out on his own.

Nice hotel near on Mall road and near to Kanpur Central railway station. Staff is extremely polite and supportive. They do have restaurant and serves quality food. There are few other restaurants as well near to hotel. Apart from restaurants, few malls and other shopping stalls are also nearby.

This is worst hotel in world can u imagine they r registered as oyo property . if u see picture of hotel which they uploaded on oyo app and online booking site.it is totally different in reality u can see in some of my pics uploaded by me. They deny to provide u ac room if ur price is less. behaviour of staff is omg! Very rude don't book this hotel if u don't want to spoil ur tour.

Where to start?! Discourtious staff. My room had no key. They asked me to shift my stuff when I went out. There were no toiletries in rooms and none available even on asking. Bad room service to top it all.
