One of the best hotels in Jodhpur . Food is really amaze and staff is good and very helpful. Room size is also large enough .

Very poor hotel. The photos are completely different online and at the property. Very poor service staff. No geyser in few rooms. No fans/acs in few rooms. No jet spray in few rooms. No wifi at all. very small rooms. No windows in top floor rooms. No wifi at all. We refused the check in on seeing the rooms we booked from OYO.

Room Service was pathetic. I don't even have words to share the negative feedback of this hotel. The guy at reception does listen to your query and quickly forget it. You have to call him 20-30 times even if you just need a towel or a soap. Even after dont consider it to be done. Wifi really sucks there. Not at all worthy. Breakfast was pathetic. However if you go , meet Mr. Sumit. He is always helpful and made my stay a bit comfortable. Changed my room to a better one. Provided wifi access. Good dinner being personally served by him.

The infrastructure is average but the greenery is a relief to the area. Rooms are spacious and the decor gives a traditional feel. The problem is that they don't have a lift. Also there's no power backup. The restaurant is not air conditioned. the food is good and hospitality is average.

Recommend it only if you coming here with friends. Do not opt for it with family because you never know what comes up. Luckily we do not face issues with room but it wasn't totally for family. Hotel staff is not friendly and you have to fight back to get things right. And make sure if you book via OYO App then chances are that you will end up with many difficulties because any changes done via App are not in Sync. Overall direct entry for friends here is fine but not for family.

In such a nice place like Jodhpur, very worst hotel to stay. Rooms are not clean, beds spread worst to the core. T V is not working wi-fi no use. Restaurant no need to mention. They charge like Taj. but the quality is not good. The manager never opens his mouth, whatever we ask. I do not why they are running this hotel.

Terrible hotel- rude staff, 3rd class room given to online booked guests. They will give you dirty room and even after asking to clean- no cleaning service will be provided

Think before you book this place. They will dupe you of the price shown at Google and OYO rooms. They don't provide hot water and they don't have geysers too as they have mentioned on the website and portals. The staff is unfriendly and no one will listen to you. The receptionist is the worst out there in the hotel. Poor cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms. A total waste of stay.
