Really nice property in village but most of the daily needs are available nearby, do not expect many good food outlets or shopping centers here as it's situated in a village but I am sure you will fall in love with the surroundings. This is really very calm, cool n quite place. Wine shop is just few steps away but its open till 10 PM only. Porvarim is around 2 Kms and Calangute beach is around 15 minutes drive from here, you can easily get a scooty from property owner for 300 rupees per day. Food and breakfast is not served here so you must bring your food and supplies from outside.
Great experience staying there.. 1. Location a little interior. 2. If you are 5 to 6 friends this is the best place to stay. 3. Price is nominal. 4. All amenities of a good hotel and a home . 5. All and all loved it
Stay and all things were pleasant, but check in and paddle lock code was given incorrect and it taken 45-50 min to check in.. So amenities were extra good but system was ekdam worst i can say.. U can enjoy but oyo needs to improve their check in system
Decent accomodation, conveniently located, can become five star with addition of geyser, wifi and cooking and heating equipments.

It is more than worth for the price. We stayed for 5 days here. It is just 8 km from calangute and baga beach. 10km from Panaji. Staff is awesome. They have washing machine facility as well.
I stayed here in 2015 visit. Very calm and peaceful property. Hotel manager was very helpful guy. It's little far from beaches around 6 kms. But that's the good thing about it, that no traffic and noise.
