OYO 9832 Hotel Bleue Mont - Hotel in Varanasi, Hardoi - Varanasi, India

Editing my review : will not make much changes from my last review. Cozy, clean, hygenic rooms. Breakfast is quite wholesome and tasty. Hotel service is very proactive all day. There are power problems at the obvious times though not frequent. Managers are quite friendly and proffesional. Owner is a well behaved person. One thing that i found not very user friendly which i had not to face this time is the Hotel do not accept early check - ins. The question is,"Will i book and stay in this hotel again?" - hell yeah i will. Ps ; the toilet is clean and the furnitures are beautiful

Room size is very small.They are not running ac at the time of power cut off.Bathroom have no space to bath.water is not coming in force at bathroom.Main thing is power issue .we booked corporate booking in ac but feel like a lodge of non AC.

This is one of the hotel with worst service.. I stayed there with some friends.. I left early morning while my friend asleep..when I returned my friend left the hotel too... I requested him to provide the master key for my room.. they rudely refused.. and I also requested him to charge my mobile.. they rudely refused too . Please don't ever stay there.. and this is one of my bitter experiences .. thanks for reading.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Rest all good. The room service is good. Reasonable price both food and room. Centrally located and need to walk around 200 m to reach to the transportation hub

Yhh it was nice experience Room was good neat and tidy Hot water facility was available fr 24 hrs there was a big led TV in room with dish TV or tata sky connection Waiting area is large no one has to stand and wait there is enough space to sit and wait Toilet was clean which was my first concern before booking the room Hotel staff was very polite and supporting Railway Station and many restaurants are near to it. This hotel itself has its restaurant since I hv to go fr my exam and thn train so I couldn't enjoy the meal of the restaurant. One thing I would like to share is the view from the window of the room. Actually it's a huge glass window covered with beautiful curtains that increases the beauty of the room and the view from it is too good. I m attaching a pic with this to show you all the glass view from the room that I have stayed in. It was a nice experience as every thing is near to this hotel such as railway station, restaurants, local market, banarsi paan etc those who are travelling with their personal vehicle they don't have to worry because even there is car parking facility If I get a chance to visit banaras again than definitely I will book this hotel again

I was forced to Check out and the Management were very rude ask when I ask for Justification for charging more on Late Check out .. And they have not proper on their bills and did not given any bills for Early check in and late check out, if I asked for the bills the person is very rude and telling bills will not be provided there are 3 people in Hotel reception who is very rude and not behaving properly with the Customers this is my first booking on OYO I don't expect this from your network Hotel feeling very bad on the experience I had for past 3days..

The rooms are very small but are clean enough .There is no restaurant there but Food is available from there Kitchen overall it os ok for one night stay as budget property

It was a nice place..... Courteous staff and Nice parking too .The quality of food could be improved upon.There were although some issues in hetting the bill
