OYO 9810 Elegant Studio - Hotel in Goa, Majorda - , India

Rooms are good. Satff behaviour is excellent. Responding quickly. But one thing is it's inside village it's better you rent a self drive vehicle. So that you'll save some money Calmness is there. Silent place Good for family's, bachelor's and for couples I had good experience. And you can order food from hotel. No problem at all

Poorly maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Microwave broke down and was not replaced even after captain promised. Water goes empty in WC twice a day. Shower knob comes out in hand. Room cleaning is done alternate days. Utensils were too dirty. Pan was not for induction but still kept there. Got it at deal of 60% off so didnt pinch much.

It's a good stay but a bit on the far side. Taxis available here is over priced. Even renting 2 wheels is expecive. They are much cheaper in madgaon. This should not be a problem if you are traveling with your own vehicle. The facilities here are good. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

This place is quite inside from main road. No major landmarks. Difficult to explain the location if you are calling a cab from outside. The room was somewhat clean and spacious. Kitchen amenities were provided. NO Wi-Fi. NO in-house restaurant, NO near-by restaurants. 2-3 menu cards are kept in room but in the morning it opens aftwr 11, so no breakfast unless you have something with you to prepare. You are stuck here if you feel hungry at unusual times. There is literally no way of transport till main road which is around 1km from this hotel. Hotel management initially agreed that they will be arranging 2 wheeler for me. After I was ready, they said it is not possible now. I was like dependent on them & trusted them. Finally I had to arrange a cab somehow at high rates and that took another 1 hour to arrive. My plans to roam were all gone in drain.

Worst place to stay in goa. Very poor location. Very bad staff. We had informed the staff that we would be reaching in 2 hours still the rooms were not ready till the time we reached hotel. Also the rooms were not clean. After repeated efforts in getting the rooms cleaned, finally after 2 hours we got the rooms cleaned. The amenities were missing from the room hence we had to change the rooms twice. As promised the swimming pool was not there. As per the oyo standards there has to be the moisturiser available which was not there. The faucet, almirah doors and shower handles were broken. The rooms as promised had to be cleaned alternate days which was not done even once. To add to the misery yesterday the washroom of the hotel was locked from inside one of us got trapped inside and could not get out for half an hour as there was no facility available for the opening of the door. Moreover even after opening the door after half an hour of struggle by us only we asked for Oyo Captain to come and meet us to which he did not respond at all and disconnected our calls. There were spider webs all around. Fungus in rooms. Oyo did not help us provide a new accomodation even after repeated complaints. Worst experience in oyo. I advice not to take up this property for stay and ruin you holiday.

No wifi. Located very deep in residentual areas. Completely self service. They dont deliver anything inside the room. In cheap prices, we got a studio apartment which is good. Property is new and well furnished.

Very friendly staff, they helped us with many thing. The room is clean and good to relax (quiet area). The place is perfect for renting a bike or car, you can go easy around - there is a beach and margao nearby which offers a lot. We loved our stay here.

Lift not working permanently, 3 Floor building, Hot water issue, No intercom, limited channels available on DTH. Rooms are good, Staff's are very polite and supportive. We stayed 3 nights, don't prebook breakfast because they have in-house restaurent but oyo send prebooked breakfast from outside.
