Thank you for making our stay peaceful and great. All staffs are co-operative and their service also quick.. Care taker Vijay Boy is very good in that.. He is really nice and always having smile on face which is feeling us awesome..! One problem we faced that we have booked 2BHK however, for 2bhk its only 1 common toilet and washroom so its difficult to get ready in time..Rest all was good and very well organised. We were a family of three adult and the bed provided was enough to accommodate all three persons. It has a attached balcony very spacious and one dinning cum drawing room . We dint use the attached kitchen but if needed they can provide you with induction cooktop but no idea about basic utensils. Rooms were spacious and clean. we stayed for 3 days 3 nights. Its very centrally located and baga beach is at close proximity and other restaurants and markets are just nearby. overall very good property to stay. let's hope they maintain it well till we come next time

When you are with a baby who crawls, this is the best stay. Spacious place, neat and clean. best part is the kitchen, though is only has a counter, sink and fridge. Just carry a electric cooker with you that can make baby food. Rest is great. I would have given rating 5, but cutting one for the check out, we requested to delay the check out a little because of the baby as our flight wasn't matching with the check out time. But they didn't allow. But overall great experience. Nice swimming pool too. Will suggest everyone with a baby to come here and enjoy.

We stayed at Kay's Service Apartments for two nights in Feb 2023. This was our first stay at any service apartment. Let me share my experience with you. It is located close to Calangute Beach... 7-8 mins walk away in a lane on Calangute Baga Road. The place is easily approachable by own car also. It has a parking also. The check in experience was not good as we were made to wait for almost 40 mins before handing over keys. The person on reception was somewhat arrogant and disinterested type. Later on a new person came in ( the one with fancy hairstyle) who did the needful in a cheerful and urgent manner. The apartment had a bedroom, a kitchen and a drawing room. In short it was spacious. Cleanliness was an issue( photos shared). Initially the TV was not working but the staff was prompt to change the TV. They were courteous and quick unlike the reception guy. The restaurant was also satisfactory and served food at reasonable price. Few points which need improvement are:- Hand towels were not provided. They should be provided. Bathroom didn't have any cabinet or a stand to keep your toothbrushes and toiletries. The swimming Pool looked more like a water tank than a pool. Overall, the apartment had ample space to move around( since we had a young child of three years) and a biggest plus- the kitchen, although without any paraphernalia, but was a great help in heating milk and eatables for our baby. Can be considered next time too. The space in the apartment and kitchen.

Our stay at Kay's Calangute resort was amazing, we booked a 2 BHK apartment. The check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and very modular with all the amenities and ACs installed. The property is centrally located with Calangute beach at just a 10 minute walk, Tito's lane/ Baga beach 15 minute walk, a lot of restaurants and shops are also there at just a 2 minute walk from this property. The entire staff was very polite and helpful to us, they even helped us in arranging our trip to Dudhsagar falls. The property also has a swimming pool. We opted for rooms with breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was good. To conclude, it is worth the money paid and if you are planning to stay in Calangute & if this property is in your budget then do not think twice and just book this resort.

Excellent hospitality. Staff were cooperative and decent. Good to stay with family and with friends. Property is nice and clean. Facilities at this service apartment. Location is close to Baga and Calangute beaches. Not having any inconvenience in the whole stay time.

We stayed here for 1 night in oct and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The 1 bhk units are very spacious and can accomodate 3 people with an extra bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, microwave refrigerator RO water. The living room has a sofa and a dining table. They have ample covered parking space. Location is spot on with all major Calangute attractions nearby.
