Quality of food was ok. Bedsheet and cushions was very dirty. No hot water was available during our stay not in the evening as well as in the morning. Waste of money Never recommend this hotel. No ventilation in my room.
This hotel looks ok from outside but it's shabby. No clean bedsheets, no clean blankets. It smell weird as soon as you enter the Room. Washroom and toiletries are also not clean. Check for other options too. Don't decide on oyo ratings because most of them are not genuine. If you rate them low, the hotel people will call you and ask you to give them good ratings for future deal. Only plus point: Darga is walkable distance from the hotel.
The hotel is not that nice, the rooms are quite out-dated the construction in itself is old and the prices are on the higher side but still small parking is available in front of the hotel and it is near to the dargah. The hotel is priced way too much and the staff is also rude.
Very bad experience.The hotel staff were never punctual. They demanded extra money for the luggage and also the food was very bad. All the good reviews given above are from the near and dear ones of the owner.
We had been there on second week of March 2010. Our purpose was to visit the Dargah Shariff (Shrine). So we choose this hotel from many reviews from various traveler sites. It is indeed a very good hotel, probably the best in Ajmer. Its location is the most remarkable thing as it is very close to the shrine. We booked our room through e-mail and they gave options for air-cooled or air-conditioned room. We choose the air-conditioned room and made the payment through e-banking. The service is prompt and the hotel is clean. They have a restaurant but it serves only veg food. Though we prefer non-veg, we tried their foods once and they tasted good. They also have complementary service of Khadim for Dargah Shariff.
The hotel is nice. Room services is also very good. If you are looking for budget hotel with more number of people and good rooms than this hotel is best in ajmer.
Hotel is OK type only plus point can be it's proximity to Dargah. It's morning breakfast is nothing more than a farce. Not at all value for money.
This is regarding a feedback for the hotel as well for OYO services. I had a very bad experience with the property hotel regency ajmer. The property did not provide me the parking facility due to which i have to stay out in the car for entire night. I have not been notified by the property and OYO, if the parking was already occupied. This is a very demotivating experience and i will Not be using OYO going forward for my bookings.
