Well behaved and polite staff. However, the quality of the room and toilet is nowhere close to OYO standard. If this property is continued under OYO, I believe OYO standard will be downgraded. Old dilapidated room was refurbished in order to meet OYO guidelines. The OYO Team that allowed this property to be listed under them either didn't verify properly or they compromised their selection guidelines. Toilet seems like not been cleaned for many days. Scale deposit is clearly visible in the water seal of the commode. Toilet seat is old, small and dirty. Quality of mattress was very bad. Middle part of the mattress got compressed by more than 2-3 inches. So, it was very uncomfortable to sleep and you would get a sleepless night with body ache. Health faucet was broken (without the knob to release water). Makeshift cupboard. The area of sunshade was taken inside the room to make the cupboard. It was less than 2 feet x 2 feet enclosure with stinky and damp atmosphere. Depth as well as width of it could hardly fit a hanger. Bathroom is too small and congested. Health faucet was placed too close to the commode that it touches and presses your knee when you sit to defecate. You won't get AC or hot water service readily. Every time you need them, you need to call the reception to switch on the power supply meant for AC and geyser. Reception doesn't answer calls in time. You get an answer only once out of 4 calls you make. Elevator is too small. If 2 persons enter the elevator with their luggage, they feel crammed. Parking area is an open space shared among other businesses in that area. It is uneven, slanting and sloppy.
