OYO 958 Hotel Greenwood Inn - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Hotel Greenwood Inn is a budget friendly property managed by Oyo. They accept bookings only through Oyo or if someone books offline. I stayed here 10 days in a 3X Deluxe room. I am mentioning some pros and cons of this hotel... Pros: 1. The location is the main thing of this hotel. Situated just on the hosur road madiwala bus stop beside KFC/Total Mall. 2. Foods, Fruits, Restaurants, wine, cosmetics, groceries and medicine shops are just outside the hotel at minimal walking distance (like 1min). 3. The hotel itself is integrated with a restaurant named "Pal's Kitchen", which is only famous for Dosa. 4. The front desk is very helpful. Guys at the reception responded promptly to the requests we made whenever. 5. Out of my 10 days, room cleaning was done whenever i told them to do so. Total 3 times room cleaning done in 10days. 6. Rooms are well lit. Beds have clean covers and blankets. Pillows were clean too. A wardrobe, small study table and a singe sofa is available in the room. Mirror size is good. Telephone intercom is also available. 7. Bathroom was clean and equipped with modern setups. 8. Hotel allows food delivery boys to come at your room number. So one can enjoy either hotel's food or food from outside. Cons: 1. 3x Deluxe rooms are good in size, but 2x rooms are extremely compact and suffocating to stay. One cannot have a space to walk in 2x room. The 2x bathroom is so small that one cannot bath properly or like one cannot strech his hands. Whereas 3x bathroom is quite appropriate for a person to bath. I have given pictures, so that one can compare. 2. TV channels are limited. 3. I faced an issue that in the bathroom, there was only hot water coming inspite of the hot water tap is turned off. I was unable to bath. Later i manged with this somehow, but the hotel was not able to fix this problem. Overall, i will recommend others to make here a stay if you are finding a budget hotel. If you can extend your budget, then book a 3x for better experience. The cons i mentioned above did not bother me much, so i am giving this hotel 5 stars by seeing the pros. I am totally satisfied with this hotel. If i go to Bangalore again, i will surely book here again.

Photos which were added are nice in oyo as well as makemytrip....i booked, when i entered room it was small and washroom was too small, that to old. Water not came for 30min when i about to complaint again water came. Not worth to money. But area is nice like beside oly more mall, kfc, and online we can order many variety food which will deliveried to spot place.

Rooms are OK, bathroom is pretty outdated. Lesser options for complimentary breakfast.. Front office and the guy sitting there is awesome and of good service . Room kit does not have a toothpaste either..Just the hotel rooms need a revamp ..

It's an unpleasant stay what I had when I wanted to do early check in they have asked me to pay extra amount and when I asked them i would pay for the room instead of considering the advance booking then they say we don't have rooms. The reception person doesn't even bother of customer. I prefer OYO to look in early check in option or make checkin timings to be 10 am to 11 am rather than 12pm to 11 am.

Not an excellent place to stay. The cleanliness of the Rooms are not good and smells bad. AC not working properly and the receptionist aren't so friendly for the tourist's. The restaurant in the ground floor is charging like a star hotel for nothing. It's all my own experience... Good Luck for you..

It's a good place to stay when you are in Bangalore. It's cheap for starters and it's conveniently near kormangala. So if you are in Bangalore for just a few days and you want to chill with you friends, then definitely come stay here. They have got a good wifi, there's a vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant just nearby. The service is good.

Rooms are average, do not expect much from these guys. These guys talk a lot about policies when it comes to check in time, but fail to provide hot water from 6 AM to 10 AM which is there in their policies. They do not have proper parking space. Also the food provided the restaurant attached to this hotel is worst.

We had booked 3 rooms thru OYO for 2 days and paid the full amount thru online. Aftr reachng the hotel the reception boy says they cant allot the rooms on the rate which was offered online and they need additional payment. They says online payment have some issues with them and they are not getting cash from online platform providers. How can they raise such an irresponsible stand towards the customer who had paid the cash well in advance. If u cant issue rooms on that offered rate then y did u provide such a cheating offer.Iresponsible hotel. Must isolate.
