Ye fake hotel hai worst hotel showing one rate in Oyo after you enter into the hotel they said sorry sir room is not available for Oyo booking

Worst experience.. No body cares of the visitors.. Booked room for 3 nights and 4 days, but Inspite of giving keys for cleaning and bedding,staff didn't do even a single day. Room service is poor.. Only a night staff member sharma is cooperative and perform all his duties.. Remaining are careless. The biggest drawback is its location, its outside Haridwar in Jwalapur, for reaching up to there , a separate auto or taxi is required.. Guys.. Before booking please go through this review as this hotel is cheap but not value for money.. I have booked OYO several times.. But I don't know how OYO has given certificate to this hotel.. Strange..

Absolute ridiculous place with lack of dignity, hygiene and cleanliness of rooms and its staff... The moment you enter the premises the lift stinks. Add to it the rooms have stains of tobacco and pan masala alongwith cigarette buds around. The stya was highly unpleasentl & is something one should deifnetrly avoid and thoroughly pay only after checking in to the hotel and seeing the rooms first hand. Best avoided!

Place is all right for the money you pay...but don't expect any level service. Also the distance from all the ghats is very far, go to the hotel if you have personal conveyance or are willing to commute some distance every time you want to go somewhere, also it is far from railway station and bus station. The neighborhood is alright and you will find vegetarian restaurants around but you won't find any good non veg restaurants in the area.

We really faced bad experience through Oyo hotel location is good and had good rooms too. But due to OYO we receive this booking on very low rates and hotel provides us very unhygenic room dirty walls. I dont why this was happened to us. We also complaint to oyo as i am a frequent traveller and i know how important it is to relax from long journey. I really disappoint with oyo. My suggestion is to go direct check room first then book.

"Worst Hotel with Worst Fraud Staff" This hotel is a scamsters Den. Booked a Room here with Goibibo app. On reaching the hotel, the untrained and pathetic staff refused to entertain the room booking and asked me to pay Rs.2200 for a filthy room on the third floor(Pictures Attached). Moreover, the staff said, "Negative Review se hamara kuch nahi hota". This hotel refuses to entertain the bookings done online and the travellers are forced to pay double the money for filthy rooms. On 26th May 2019, i saw more than 20 people being denied rooms that were booked online. Instead, double money was being quoted by this hotel staff. They are Frauds. During night, most of the kitchen staff is heavily drunk which is a major threat to families residing in this hotel. Will never recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Hotel staff is friendly. I stay in same hotel in the month of may, that time i was face many issues, as that time staff was not good and management was also not good. But this time i stay in same hotel in the month of august, this time the whole hotel staff nd management is completely changed. Management if good now and staff is also so frrindly. Overall good quality service in budget and pocket friendly hotel.

This hotel is a SCAM, don't fall for it. The big time cheater owner "Vasu" has no business ethics and has zero morals. We booked three OYO rooms through Make my trip here for a family trip. On the day we arrived, we were informed that our bookings have been cancelled as the ownership has changed and we need to pay again if we want to stay here. OYO/MakeMyTrip did not inform us that the ownership of hotel has changed. Still we paid cash and booked the rooms as we were tired of 30 hours train journey. 1) First of all, the hotel is very far from the main city (Har ki paudi), you will always end up paying high auto fares(approx Rs200-Rs300 one way). 2) Secondly, all the taps were broken, dirty bedsheets with bedbugs, lot of mosquitoes. 3) Through the Owner Vasu ,we even hired a Innova car, with number plate of Haryana, which was not even a tourist car. Please note Private numbered cars does not have passenger insurance and does not have Taxi Permit, they are illegal if used as taxi. 4) The Taxi Driver[Rajesh, who was very reluctant throughout our journey for sight seeing] was supposed to drop us at New Delhi Railway station but left us at Dehradun hotel and told us that since his car is more than 10 yrs old, he will arrange for another car with a driver who will drop us to New Delhi. The next day driver sent Ertiga which could not accommodate our luggage and the family. Both Rajesh and Vasu conveniently switched off their mobile phones for good few hours. 5) In the end (after they responded our calls in arrogant and intolerant tone) they sent another Innova but we missed our Train and had to arrange accommodation at New Delhi last minute. We even had to cancel our Train tickets and booked flights for next day for 7 passengers. In total we had to face a loss of Rs50 thousand.
