Not at all recommended. I would give 0 stars if there was an option. We were denied entry to the hotel because the owner asked for extra money. I had booked the room through oyo customer care. The customer care executive asked me to pay 25% of the room cost to book the room. When I went to the hotel, the owner told me a different price is reflected in her app and asked me to pay extra amount. When I called the customer care, they put me on hold for 30 minutes and they weren't able to convince the owner to give me the room for the initially agreed price. What non sense is this? They tell me a different amount, when I go there they ask me to pay more??? Idiotic. Never booking anything via Oyo again. Also, I didn't receive the 25% advance amount I paid to Oyo. A complete fradualent company!!! Ufff!
Worst experience I had with my bookings. The lady sits in the reception. The negative ratings provided mostly because of the reception lady itself. Asking for extra money, misbehaving etc..
They tried to scam us ,we already made a booking in Oyo and they refused to give us room at the given price and demanded more and we just waited there for like an hour talking to Oyo person and the staff didn't respond
I did online booking through Agoda and hotel owner asked more money in cash. Do not book Any hotels which starts with name OYO. Everyone asked for more money if you do online booking.
I had a very frustrating experience during my recent check-in at this hotel. I had reserved an AC room through the Oyo app, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me use the AC in the room(not sure why). She was offering me a non-AC room instead, which was not what I had reserved so I had to cancel my booking right away. I found this behavior to be cheap and misleading, especially since the hotel's description on the Oyo app suggested that guests could stay from 12PM to next day 11 AM and use AC as it was mentioned in the hotel amenities. I felt unwelcome and disrespected by the owner's behavior, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on the poor treatment I received.
If you book its room by Oyo .After paying full amount to Oyo. When you will reach for check in they will ask extra amount.

I booked via Agoda, when I went there at night, they told repair work is going on and they can't provide accommodation. Luckily there was a hotel nearby called Sai manyata inn where I got an accommodation. When I went through the reviews, I found that this happens frequently. I don't know what they are getting by simply putting their customers into trouble.
