OYO 9517 Hotel Sunheads - Hotel in Goa, Panaji - North Goa, India

It has good infrastructure but delay in services. Bit unclear on their communication. Many things are good. Worst is hot water supply always come up with new reasons. Difficult to have stay with kids without hot water. Room service need to be improved. Hotel rates are average ,it's good in this price and location. Wonderful experience anyways. Staff is humble and polite.

Nice hotel, the beds are really comfortable, the shower is warm (most of the time). Service is okay, you can buy waterbottles in the lobby for 30 rupees, but theres a store 50 meters away from the hotel that sells them for 20. We got included breakfast but that was not very nice, most of the time we didn't eat that and just used home delivery

Rooms and nice and clean.. Basic needs fulfilled.. Clean bed Clean bathroom Nice Ac Small Working Tv Balcony with a apartment view Not sure of wifi.. did see the router though Breakfast will be arranged.. for rest of the food numbers are provided so within an hours time they will feed you.. curlinary will be provided by hotel. Small issue- it's not in main road so to get transport it might be a problem..cabs will be provided by hotel.. minimum charge was 200 for any place..

Must check the rooms you are being offered. We booked through oyo deluxe room but they offered us very small rooms. Also the breakfast given by them was too light. Although rooms were clean and the location of hotel is good as miramar beach is just 300m away, panjim market is just 3 km away, casino's are nearby. Nearest veg restuarant is udupi

I got a pretty good deal through Oyo for 3 nights at 5,260 RS the rooms are really good, had a comfortable stay and there is a beach just 2 mins walk from the hotel and quite few places to eat around. Cons- - Few of the Towels weren't clean. - slow wifi - breakfast menu has to be improved, I asked for a jucie and they provided me with Tang. Non veg menu is same through out the week. Note- I personally won't recommend hiring bikes or cab service directly from hotel as they charge more and is 9-am to 9pm only for hiring bikes, if u get delayed or come late after 9 you have to pay for the next day as well. They were charging around 500rs for bikes. I would suggest you to walk ahead 2 mins from the hotel to BK tours and travels which near royal beach hotel, shop no.2. they charge for bikes around 300-400rs and let u keep it overnight and they pick the bike up next day morning from the hotel. And also provide cab service to airport for 1000-1100rs. Where as hotel was asking for 1500rs.

Bed is good. Bathroom is not that hygiene. Complimentary breakfast is ok but lack of items makes us wait. Price is reasonable.

Less than desirable experience Pros : 1. Located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with Miramar beach just a short walk away 2. Budget friendly when compared to other hotels in the area Cons : 1. There were several small cockroaches roaming around in the room 2. The telephone wasn't working 3. The gallery connected to the room was dirty and messy 4. The towels smelled of chlorine 5. No soap and shampoo was provided 6. The TV wasn't working Choose this place only if you have no other option available

We specifically booked including geyser because we wanted a hot water shower after long drenching bike ride. But when we went receptionist told geyser not working. Attitude of the receptionist was not good . When we were checking out receptionist asked for mobile and gave 5 star rating by himself .
