Very bad hotel and they cannot give me invoice bill through online
Outlook is awesome but room internal condition not upto the mark
Rooms are dirty. There was cokroaches and chewing gums. Costly, compared to the quality of the room.

I recommend you to not spend your money to stay here. There are many cheap and best hotel nearby like hotel saayein few meters from this hotel.
My dissatisfaction:
1. Toilet very dirty, flush not working.
2. Surrounding not clean, due to which mosquitoes problem( even liquid mosquito coil can't prevent)
3. Very dirty bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket. (To which i told to exchange it but they respond by saying they have changed just few hours ago)
4. I think problem is with manager not which others staff.
5. I have decided i will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
6. Wifi is working only on ground floor( where only manager sit)
Positive things:
1. Good looks from outside.
2. Read no 1 . That's all.

Its a good place to stay. Room service is available, food is good.Rooms are clean.The biggest advantage is that it's just opposite to Siliguri Junction and the bus stand.
Good Hotel and affordable. Last 4 yrs I'm visiting that hotel. Earlier was so good but after coronavirus they had compromised bit in some facilities

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
