As usual the Oyo rooms are very clean and maintained well. Located near airport. Having good access to city as well. The staff members have to be more service oriented. The hotel price seems to be little high. Have to reduce it a little

It's a wonderful place to stay near Nagpur Airport and ofcourse, the stay is pocket friendly. The location mentioned in Google is not accurate, it will be difficult for the first time commuters to find the way, nevertheless there are signs helping the travellers to reach the hotel comfortably. Regarding the hotel, the location is quiet, peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The services are exceptional considering the cost. Special thanks to Mr. Waban Shinde for his help in making my stay comfortable. Note: There is no restaurant in the hotel but they will provide food from outside. I used swiggy to deliver my food and there is a restaurant nearby (Dawat garden restaurant). Food at dawat is also good at a very cheap price. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Very bad receptionist, it was 9.30 pm and we were made to wait outside the hotel for the reasons of not matching the surnames in our identity cards.though we are a married couple..
The room was so badly filled with smoke and liquor smell.and the ac was not working properly.
And the worst part is we had to catch a flight early morning,and the gate was locked, literally we climbed such a big gate and had to jump,to come out of the hotel..

They denied our check in besides we are having booking ID, our photo IDs Adhar cards etc... They said that they have brocken contract with OYO a month before.
And OYO have given us confirmed booking 5 days ago. How both are not paying attention to customers convenience ?
It was my business trip to Nagpur city the first and for most thing what i like about this hotel its in heart of the city and few mins distance from airport to hotel.The food was mouth watering and reasonable too From cleanliness to hygiene's they have maintained it properly Rooms were awesome and about there customer service and behaviour of the staff was so nice.Overall it was fabulous stay would love to come again.Thanks to SS HOUSE for your great hospitality keep rocking guys
Good service, courteous people. However the 4 rating is for improvements required on the breakfast quality. And suggestion to keep a small bedsheet just enough for one person instead of the thick white one
Worst OYO ever. One of my guest stayed here very recently. They give normal filter water in used Bisleri bottles. The taste of the food is pathetic. Tea tastes like piss. AC does not work. TV remote does not work. Complimentary Breakfast specifically is worst, served paratha (90% of which is roti) with Achar, thats it.
