OYO 9373 Pondy Bazaar - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Room good for price Manager Kannen welcome us well. Staff nice people. Will surely be staying there during our next Chennai visit. Only thing continental breakfast wasn't Available! But near to hotel you get good restaurants.

This is very Very very Badly Experienced. We don't have stay in next trip through oyo. Basically we are coming from Maharastra to keep trusted on oyo but it's really faced so many problems. No breakfast provided, no television set , no telephone, no hanger in the cupboards , no drinking cold water, also one single bed sharing for two person in this hotel with dirty smell from old matrex soany problem are there. So thank you oyo for the best compliment. Wewill remember it. Very wrost conditions.

Worst Experience ... No Room Service Provided ... No lift beyond 3rd floor ... Wifi password not provided ... Toiletries provided only after asking ... Wash Basin pipes in washroom are rusty and dirty, dirty buckets and broken mugs ... Limited TV channels ... Brealfast provided was very limited in options (only coffee - no tea or milk available) ... Even Water bottles are not provided and we need to purchase from outside ... We checked in at 3 pm and we were asked to leave by 11 am sharp without providing any grace period ... They did not even bother to look at any other available options and were quite rude though we were requesting politely, Customer Care Team was also unhelpful ... Pics shown in the website and actual rooms completely differ ... We are well aware of OYO services but Guest Houses like these are actually spoiling the Brand Name of OYO and their services ... very very pathetic ... If this is the situation of your existing customers ... I doubt if anyone would recommend OYO to new people ... Inorder to maintain the OYO standards you need to be more careful in choosing the places and the staff

Absolutely disgusted, did not expect this from an Oyo hotel at all, the receptionist was down right rude and gave me a used room that hadn't been cleaned with old bedsheets and a dirty toilet, had to walk out despite having a prior booking. I suggest you send someone for quality control. Appalling.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL! The hotel receptionist harassed me asking for more money outside of the app , they didn't give me a room inspite of me having paid the full amount in the app (Oyo). They made me feel extremely unsafe as a woman .. They illegally ask more money in the name of their personal hotel property policy.

For Rs 900 a night +breakfast it's a value for money because it's close to the city centre, railway station and many shops, restaurants. Service is non existent. Rooms are decent. Best place to crash for the night.

Very dirty, front desk attendant is missing and no proper room service. Also OYO gives us the wrong location on the map which is frustrating when you book a cab to the hotel only to find out that the hotel is not in that area and no one from the hotel is receiving calls.

Rooms are good spaced. Staff behavior was condemnable. Not supportive at all. Bathroom tab is also not in good condition.
