Rooms are just fine ... For PPL who can adjust for one day ...location is the key ..there are good restaurants nearby and try kudla style cusines

This place was nice. The food was economical and budget friendly. Enjoyed the ambience and company of hotel staff. Just enjoyed every bit of stay whatever time I had. The food was ginger based. The coffee was sober. This hotel is on the main road which connects all the tourist areas of the city. This hotel had nice place and clean room with all the necessary amineties. The low was only water problem which wasn't much during our stay

I booked this hotel for my parents. They had a comfortable stay. rooms were really good. but second day they didn't provide water in the room. when asked they refused to give and said they only only provide water on alternative days. charged 50 RS for bottles. we travel many places this is the first time we come across this logic. food was ok.. Hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Overall it was nice stay.

The room service is a little sloppy. Tea and coffee availability is strictly based on whether restaurant is open. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and opens at 6:30 in the evening. Huge inconvenience. The deluxe room is decent. Hot water facility is good. Overall experience was average.

Everything is precise. A slight construction maintenance could increase elegance. Value for money. A pocket friendly hotel. Convenient for all visitor spots. Good staff, hygienic and well served. A slight change like, using brand products in bathroom kit would bring safety feel about them. Overall better hotel

Stayed there during friends marriage and the experience has been mixed one. To start with, the swipe card to open room wasn't working at all. It was a nightmare after that, every time you move out of your room, you have to literally go through floors to get the guy to help you out with master key. They termed it as a temporary problem but it was there for good two days and till the time we checked out it, it wasn't resolved. Room service was decent but had to wait for long time to get Iron box. Opted for Deluxe room and it was decent enough, value for money I should say. TV,AC, Lights, Fan all were working fine. Bathroom was well maintained. Bed size decent for couple of folks. CheckIn and Checkout was smooth with reception guy being courteous. You can try this out provided the smart Lock card works.

I stayed on 13th Dec 2021in the hotel. Torn pillows, dirty bedsheets with no hot water supply was provided. One bucket of hot was water provided at last on request. You have to stand and go near the TV to change tge channels. Not to speak of giving soaps , news papers and breakfast . Avoid this hotel.

Place is in the heart of city. We checked in through OYO which gave us a good offer. For that price the rooms were excellent. Neat and clean and was spacious. Then the staffs were very helpful. They provide a good complemanty buffet breakfast . But the in-house restaurant condition was little worst.
