Good hotel with cooperative staff. I stayed two days there. Cleanliness is good and the service was prompt.
Stayed there at diwali night. Place is good enough and services are fine. Talking about rooms, they are good enough and lift is also available here. Bedsheets and everything was fine for me there but staff could be a little more trained as the reception boy had issues with his own device! Can't say much about food as never had there. Overall good experience, better than some other hotels in gurugram.
Horrible experience. I had confirmed the booking with the office on call and our check-in time was agreed. The hotel refused to acknowledge, and made us roam about looking for another accomodation in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional and sickening approach. Don't waste your money on these frauds.

These guys showing online something When customer is there after booking these guys shift to another cheap hotels which is his own and say you should survive or leave . When ever we guys booked these hotels online then what we do so that we are surviving same on this. This hotel is soo cheap and dirt.... I didnot recommend to all...
It was not at all a good experience. The bed sheets/pillows were so dirty that I wish I could move out immediately. The room was smelly and without any arrangements of the toiletries. Somehow survived the night left first thing in the morning.
They'll take you to a spooky place where you see a building. Then they'll take you inside and they'll hand you the keys to your room. Surprisingly, the room is decently maintained. The staffs good. Affordable rates.
