Washroom is neat and clean, environment of bed room is nice. Room is cozy. Rate of food is good and the taste is also nice. No restriction for late night returning. ID card is mandatory and unmarried couple may have problem during check-in.

Its a small nice hotel. The location is good in Patna city. Also the food is good if you order inhouse. Breakfast options are also there with great healthy breakfast. However it scope of improvement in its services. The quality of sheets used, bathroom towels provided, and house cleaning service needs to improve.

The rooms were pretty alright, I'd give it a 4/5. I was there for an overnight stay during summer, so AC was a number 1 priority, it worked pretty well. My only complaint is that when we tried to leave at around 8 am, the reception was completely dark and no one was there to open the locked main door. We had to literally forcefully wake up an employee to get out of the hotel. That's why a 3/5 and not a 4/5.

We have stayed at this place from 2nd to 5th December. The place is clean, well maintained and is value for money. It's a good place to stay, in the heart of the city and within easy reach from the main commercial centre, railway stations and airport. They do not have a regular restaurant but can provide food of average quality.

I stayed here, for a day, while I was on a journey to Muzaffarpur. Centrally located at a nice location of Patna. Food service are reasonably good, be it taste, quality or, price. Energetic Sharma, and experienced Kamleshgi are helpful. Housekeeping needs a bit improvement.

I stayed in executive category room no. 101 just next to reception at first floor and faced a situation where fire broke in my room because of improper table lamp quality. There were no fire detector and extinguish equipments in the hotel premises. Thankfully I was safe as been trained in DRR so was able to safeguarded myself from fire without any assistance from hotel staff, since I see that none of them were trained in casualty scenarios. After the situation was under control the hotel staff was grateful that the fire was extinguished by me on time. Moreover on discussing with them regarding unavailability of fire equipments they responded that we didn't require the need of it till now. The hotel was not even equipped with smoke detectors. Its mandatory to have proper fire safety measurements at any commercial lodging place by the govt., but it seems they've taken it very casually. Now when we're back to Bangalore, the hotel staff is making stories and claiming us to pay the expenses for the damage.

Charges so more high. they charge 2500 from me for one night. I advise that please either book by online or book some other hotels offline. savera hotel room is very good and there services is also good.

At 10:30 pm they were asking for bill payment and that time I was sleeping in my room no 502... I told him I'll pay my bill during checkout. But they were making excuses and then I told I'll pay in morning. I thought I'll stay atleast 2 days but I left this hotel next morning.
