OYO 9027 Hotel Orchid Regency - Hotel in Bhilai - Durg, India

Very bad service and slow , Rates are high and they sell the product higher than the printed rate and all the service man have bad behaviour specially the counter man . Note :- check the bill because they increase the quantity of order I personally experience 2-3 times .

Disappointed with the food quantity. Their full plate biryani is less than half plate of other restaurants. Also taste is average. Never going to order from this place again.

Although budget hotel but misses all the possible requirements for catering customer. Over all I didn't find any staff here. For reception person I have go out of room to see if anybody is in reception, as they don't respond over hotel extension line. Only person I saw on duty is the guard, who didn't miss any of person going in. I booked AC room, Air conditioning is leaking and making different noises. Moreover this hotel doesn't have emergency electricity backup as whenever electricity breaks you have to be at your own. I won't recommend this hotel for Just low price.

Located on Durg-Raipur main highway on the left side in Bhilai after Durg. I didn't stayed here but went for the lunch. The restaurant is located on the first floor which serves varieties of food including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The crispy butter tandoor roti was really good along with mouth watering chicken masala. In addition, took green salad which included slices of cucumber, desi red carrot, onion, tomatoes and lemon. The seating arrangement is good with neat and clean premise. The interior is also very good with good lighting, giving feel good factor while enjoying the food.

The worst Oyo room I've ever been. Looks good in pictures but when I went there It was like waste of money. The AC is faulty makes huge noice in the middle of the night , the telephone doesn't work. And I would give 1 out of 5 for cleanliness. I would say to the people who are going to stay there , please don't. Choose some other place like dhillon.

The hotel not even deserve a single star. First of all I requested for early check in; the person in the reception ask for 300 rupees for 3 house around. They provide me a very dirty room, bed cover, pillow covers not changed; very dirty used bathroom, and very dirty used bed. Lots of mosquito found when I entered the room. They used a spray for that, but nothing changed. They told no one is available to change all those, and to clean. The receptionist told 11 o'clock will change the room. At 12:30 when I called to change it, they told room not available, they provide others room at 2000 rupees. As we booked from make my trip, they provide preference who directly book the hotel. I just wanna suggest make my trip to remove that type of hotel from the software, because make my trip is known to us, not the hotel, and they are not preferring online booking. At that time they only change the bed cover, not even the pillow covers also. They change the room at 7 o'clock in the evening. Next day they ask for extra charge, and told they can provide the vulture, they will not provide any bill for extra charge. At evening when I ordered dal khichdi, and told 3 times that dont use onion, but still it's clearly visible in khichdi;

Food quality is below average!! Used to taste better but now both quality and quantity of meal degraded

The mismanaged and bad behaved hotel with worse maintained. Very unsatisfactory. Only good thing is food but that also doesn't delivered on time.
