OYO 9019 Golden Park - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

Worst treatment from hotel staff, I have booked room for my 3workers. But they have forced my workers to sleep on one bed. No response from oyo. No humanity. Room check in done on 12 in night and my workers suppose to leave by 8am in the morning. The room which was given to them was not even furnished too. We have been charged 1200rs

The room is not well maintained and the bedsheets were not changed. The entire room is smelly and untidy. You may experience some rashes on your skin so be careful. I sincerely suggest not to visit this room. And the washrooms are filthy. The water was milk white in color. I don't know what Is the reason when asked they just ignored.

Worst nightmare... I am a frequent oyo user and trust me this hotel is the worst. The hotel is not even legally authorized, as it is located in middle of a residential complex. They dont even have a proper oyo sign or the hotel name displayed outside the property. Interior was even worst, i was asked to wait in waiting room while my room was being ready and when i entered the room the bed sheet was full of stains the pillow was without pillow cover. The blanket was too dirty. So far not so good. After this there was no water in the washroom and when i asked the hotel authorities they told me that they are repairing the water pump. While reading other people comments i saw that people have also mentioned about the water issue. Finally time for lunch. The receptionist told me that outside food is not allowed so i have requested them to give me their menu card. And luckily after 15 min i received their photocopy of their menu card. Thankfully the food was good because they have ordered it from swiggy. Dear reader if you want to have a quality time with the one that you love then do not book this wonderful hotel.

It's a good place to stay with all the basic amenities.... But the hotel is overpriced. Then again everything seems to be overpriced around here. They have options of food too with a kitchen. They don't have a restaurant though. The bathrooms are good and pretty well maintained. The lift has some minor issues though. And the other room taken by us had some issues with the AC. They people are good and give room for negotiations....

Please Don't book you stay with them. It was an worst experience we ever had, we booked this hotel through OYO our booking id was MWVB8605, There was no AC, and WiFi in room. Room lights were not working, switch boards were broken. And it was unpleasant smell in room. It was unhygienic. Staff was rude.

The room wasn't furnished well.. all the furnitures are broken and ac is broken too.. washroom wasn't clean and was having bad smell in the room as well as washroom.. the floor wasn't clean and the most important their is no board of Oyo outside the premises which led to difficulty in finding the hotel. I didn't find anything good in this hotel. Worst experience

They took money but breakfast was not provided. Gives rent local people. They come and make lot of noises throughout the night. So you do not expect to sleep. Rooms are very poor and unhygienic. Staffs are too casual that hardly listen to your complaints

Broken and Non working AC Wet bed sheets Room was smell like dead rat. No 24/7 electricity Breakfast was included in stay but was not provided. Overall cheap place to stay. Hygiene 2/5 Staff 3/5 Room quality 1/5
