1. Post checking in we noticed potty stains on the latrine pot in all the rooms we booked. 2. Bathrooms were unclean and unswept. 3. Two of the rooms' latrines did not have toilet seat on them. 4. Even after booking the rooms, they lent out the same room to someone else on the same day as our booking.
I visited the place on 25th October. All the rooms are designed for two guests. No room is available for single person. If you take a room in first floor with AC, it will cost you 1500 for 1 night and if you take a room in 2nd floor with AC, it will cost you 1800. There are only two non-AC rooms which are filled most of the time. Although the name of the property is "Oyo Retro Residency", irony is that no booking is accepted through OYO . Be prepared for cancellation if you are trying to check in via OYO.
If possible i would have not given them even a single stsr rating ...One of the most pathetic place.... may be if it would be the last hotel in the world ..nobody should visit this place. Rude behavior ...not fulfilling their own commitment...and unnecessary arguement which culminate without any solution are few of the charms of this place.. The biggest attraction was the property owner...who like typical idiotic character came late and discussed the matter with utmost dis-interest and without any insight about the issue which we were facing..These people are neither serious about their business nor about hospitality...an epitome of unprofessionalism and improper ethics..
The worst hotel i had ever visited. They demand cash for entire booking even after I paid online to oyo website. The front desk staffs behaviour is so rude. They told us to leave the reception area and stay a Under open sky . Outside there was raining heavily. Horrible experience.
Extremely horrible. Had book double occupancy room (2 female guest). Reaching hotel, the front office is saying they will not accept the booking from OYO. And OYO didn't returning an amount. Never Plan to book this venue

There is no facility here for the money we pay. The food is so bad, there is not even one person in charge, there are two boys in total for the job and if you ask them anything they will answer that they do not know. Dont go this hotel, breakfast and dinner they take parcel from nearest local hotel and no hygiene.
Need to check out at 8 am , called the manager he responded after 30 mins. That day I got late for a important meeting. Next time I will confirm before staying
