Rooms are simple nd budget friendly..But service is vary poor..Ac, lift,tv not working..There is no room service..But location is good..It in the main center nd near to IKEA MBM tank bund so many places

Compact and clean room The room was compact, well maintained, clean washrooms. They had provided toiletries and towels. There were mosquitoes they had provided repellant. I found ciggerate smoke stench in the room I stayed. They don't have a kitchen but they allowed me to order food using food delivery apps. Advice to the management they should do a proper pest control I had found couple of small cockroaches

Got the confirmation but the owner says it's not confirmed. Had to wait for some time to check in. Room is kind of ok but not recommended for families to stay for more than 1 day. Pros : People are supportive after check-in to the hotel House keeping is also goodCons : Bad odour inside the room Lift doesn't work continuosly.

Really good and friendly person at the reception. The room was very clean and well maintained. Well furnished room with large full size mirror and wardrobes. The bathroom was clean too with geyser. The complimentary breakfast was good too, south indian dishes like Idli, Dosa, Vada are served. Although I missed it one day due to my urgency to leave and the food being a little bit late, but all in all, my stay there was pleasant.

Absolutely NOTHING works in this hotel for more than 12 hrs. The lift fails, the water stops, the door knob breaks, the TV signal is lost and the power sockets won't work. Due to a medical emergency, I couldn't move much and I had to stay here for 4 days. It was an excruciating experience. The service though well spoken, is so slow you won't get your complimentary bottle of water until you remind them at least 5 times . Then also chances are that you would need to come down to the reception to collect. And mind you the lift. It won't work when you would need it. For four days they did not come to clean the bedsheets even after repeated requests. Kindly try and avoid this place at all cost if you want to have even a remotely comfortable stay.

Hotel location isn't quite accessible but rest of the things worth a four star. The area is decent and staff is friendly. The receptionist seems new to job so couldn't receive me well

I don't know about any other room but the Air conditioner in room 205 was not properly functional. Having said that, I would surely mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance was also very good.
