Worst staff service you can't hold anything in emergency to any waiter staff Not all of them are trustworthy. They steal things. All staff are thieves. Housekeeping is being done only 02 persons for 40 Rooms, in other words house keeping is more or less useless. Problem is not with the staff but with inadequate manpower. The linen is life expired, stained and in torn condition. The ACs are remoteless and coolingless. If somehow it cools, it start dripping after 2 hours of running. I suffered getting my canvas suitcase drenched and the contents spoiled due to such dripping.
One of the best places to celebrate your events. Gathering upto 400 person can be easily handled by the team and infrastructure. Clean and well trained staff Location is good its on main road. Parking space can be a trouble. Decor and ambiance is perfect for everyone.
Even though the stay was pleasantly comfortable, unfortunately, there is no facility of lift or electronic elevators for senior (or any) citizen to use. This proved to be extremely problematic, and I hope the management staff will work to change that in the future. Every decent hotel has lifts. It's not really a luxury, but a need for many.
In first look you may get attracted. But for services pathetic. Zero star or negative star. No parking you have to park on road or park at distance and walk. Food quality and hygiene zero you can see flees in pics. Only 100-150 people it is comfortable. Still construction going on. Don't book for rainy day as they fully failed to serve. They will keep switching off and on AC. Which will irritate you and if you are host you can think your condition. After 12 night they will switch off AC completly and ask more money to run it. So discuss it before you book. Otherwise I will suggest not to book it.
Well...first of all the hotel is located at the prime location besides of hindon airport. Staff's behavior were well mannered. Breakfast was on time as well as delicious. Room service was excellent. And Rohit Saurabh and Sonia we're always there to resolve our query. Thank you all of you. And thanks to OYO Flagship also.
After attended 8 marriages at Grand Aashirwad I have conclude the gorgeous services and catering compared by others sourending 15 km. I felt the best location for any kind of function having all necessary services on very low cost. I praise in my few words ultimate Vanue for functions. Totally pathetic stay I ever had. 3 stories building do nt have lift. Rooms r nt maintained. Washrooms r out of water. Ventilation is big concern in the hotel. Parking is another big issue. Staff is not cooperative.
