OYO 86902 Dp International Hotel - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

Worst experience..booked hotel online and when I reached there they ask for extra money to pay rather then which I already paid online...receptionist has no manners how to talk to their customer...all they are doing is conning their customers by not accepting the online booking and ask for more money to pay, I rejected to pay extra money they canceled the booking.The staff appeared disinterested and lacked the professionalism one would expect from a reputable hotel. There are undoubtedly much better options available for the price. IT'S A FREE ADVICE,DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

I had booked this hotel through OYO and got a good deal. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was denied check-in. The hotel staff informed me that they couldn't allow me to check-in at the rate I had booked with OYO. Instead, they asked me to cancel my booking and re-book with them directly at their offline price.

As per the prices rooms were good but i found two major issues firstly i found AC not working during my stay and secondly there was a major issue of electricity i was too irritated with this.

Don't go their...hotel manager is too lazy and not interested in doing their job.i reached the hotel at time but manager comes after 30-40 mins, after making so many calls to hotel manager...i booked my room the oyo app in the early morning but after reaching the hotel at time, the manager refused me to give the room because i booked the room from oyo app...i had called oyo support team many times but no one gives me ans to my questions...they all making excuses i have wasted mostly 3 hours in the morning and lost lots of money and energy to reaching the hotel destination...not only 1 hotel destination 1 have reached 3-4 oyo hotels suggested by oyo team but all oyo manger refused to give me room and asked me yo give more many x4 time...i preferred stays in oyo but this time in patna the oyo experience was very vert disgusting...i have book my oyo room with guidance of oyo support team on the call but after that manger not give me rooms and told me that all the rooms were full but the truth the many rooms are vacant...oyo hotels give me worst experience in patna...the most funny thing is managers told me that i don't have partnership with oyo and not considered any online booking Its request to the oyo please partnership with good hotels who will gives genuine service to their customers...

Poor service, extremely ignorant behavior. Booked 4 rooms with fabhotels, paid in cash, they provided only three and only one room had ac in good condition. When asked for refund they said it is online booking so they can't refund.

Nice place for couples you can check in with both id,no need to worry if u r 18+ bye the way the comfort is good...

Upon check-in around 8p we found all 10 rooms to be dirty in some way, as in still used from the previous guests. Used towels, urine in toilet, dirty sheets, etc. Trying to catch a tuktuk is difficult given the hotel's location, we ended up walking across the highway just to reach the hotel. Ordering meals from the hotel was a nightmare as well. Definitely NOT recommended! Don't waste your time!

The room is very dirty. Deemak laha hai Wall pe and room is fully damped and smells Do not opt for this hotel.
