Everything is good but water are not available all time

Bad experience. Ugly maintenance with rude attendants combo. We stayed in December 2021. They said they will have no water supply for the whole day and tried to make up with all kinds of weird stories. The manager also said "you don't need water to stay for a day in Gangtok", when we returned from a 9 hrs journey from Lachung. Also, they had no idea of us coming even though we prebooked 2 rooms. Also the rooms allotted to us, after keeping us waiting for about an hour, were damp, not at all clean, and smelly. Only positive thing about this hotel is the view is amazing if you get a room on the west side. For that too, you would have to be very lucky to have water supply during your stay. Because you know, water is not a necessary for the workers there. Utterly disappointed.

Very bad hotel.. Staff behavior is very bad and rude especially Reception manager and food which they provide we can't eat.. Quality and quantity both r bad and less

The rooms are fine enough but the manager specifically doesn't know how to behave with guests. At first we were given a spacious room at a certain price; after two days he suddenly told us to leave the room as he had booked it for another family and guess what?? HE DIDN'T EVEN THINK IT WAS NECESSARY TO TELL US BEFOREHAND. I don't know even if it is possible to rent the room while guests are living in it. We were told to either leave the hotel or move to the next room which was fairly smaller but at that former higher price. So before you go to this hotel please check this. However, the room service was fine. Food is good too as per our tastes. PS. You have to climb a number of stairs to reach the hotel which can be difficult sometimes.

The rooms were not satisfying... Less light , nothing can be seen... total backside rooms were given . The behaviour of the staffs was not well at all.worst place to stay we have ever seen. Horrible experience.

Very dirty hotel . Rooms have a bad smell always. Toilets are dirty. Geysers are not working properly. Food quality is below average.

Service is too poor...last 3times i was stay in this hotel & every time we are facing water problem.... behaviour of staffs also not up to the mark....bt the manager tapan da is too good person...altime help all the tourist

Worst Experience I ever have. We visited here in Oct'19. We were 9 people. We booked 3 rooms but they gave us only two rooms. Inspite of having room thye did not want to give rooms. The behavior of manager and the other stuff of this hotel are very bad. We order tea at 6 pm. After 8.00 pm they were saying that we are cooking so we can not give tea. Bt the tea was introduced on the package which they have taken earlier. And many more incidents. I suggest everyone to not go to this hotel ever. The manager TAPAN da and the receptionist are the one of the worst person I ever seen.
