Accept room the service was very very poor We stayed for 3 days but not a single time they changed the bedsheet and in between 48hrs no moping done after calling 4 to 6 times they responded. Overall service is 1/5.

Worst hotel of Visakhapatnam I have ever seen.. they will charge you extra amount even if you checkout 1 minute late. Service was also very poor. Rooms were not clean. Bed sheet was dirty even bathroom was dirty as well. Please don't visit.
My Experience here was Good , But I'll Suggest the Hotel management to Only cleniness is not so good , Inside the room I found some Cockroaches here. Hope so ,You will work on it. Otherwise Hotel Room's are to Good. I am Happy to choose Your Place to Stay In Vizag.
I stayed here in this hotel but so I would like to give my feedback 1) There is no hygine in room & This hotel is not fit for family stay this is what I realized as drinking alcohol as well as cigarettes smell can be felt once you open your door and some time also inside the room itelf. 2) The manager being unprofessional and he also didn't gave the bill of payment and once I asked for that he asked for extra GST which he didn't informed at time I checked in. 3) Room Service is very delayed as they often don't response to phonecall. So I would say go this hotel at your own risk.
The rooms of the hotel are good, but the behavior of the staff is very bad. Room service is not good. Room rent is costly. If you ask for service from the staff, they do not get any response on time. Besides, they don't clean the rooms properly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
First of all this hotel is not near to the vizag beach area. So the cost may not be so high. Rooms and service is not that good but not that bad. It's average. There are mice inside the room. They don't provide sealed water bottles. No restaurant available below or behind, we have to get it from outside. Daily cleaning is done. AC switch will be with the receptionist. Hot water will not be available all the time. Overall average or below average service.
