Pathetic service. Cockroaches all around and insects singing "aami je tomar" in the night. The room had been cleaned last after inauguration and never again. Biggest reget staying here.

Extremely pathetic condition of the room. No proper supply of drink water, no room service. Washroom was also damage and unhygienic. Full of cockroaches in the night. Unfortunately we had to stay for a night as we didn't have any option at the last moment. Will never recommend this property to anyone.

If there was an option to rate it 0 I would do that! Worst services, no maintenance. They have TV,AC,Geyser for name sake but none of them actually work. The TV just switches on but there's no subscription for the set top box so you can't Watch it. The Geyser just turns on but even after waiting for an hour there was no hot water. The ac is just hung on the wall and they don't even plug it to the socket . But still charged us for an AC room. The blankets are torn.None of the taps in the Bathroom work & on top there was no water to even flush the toilet or even to drink. And when finally there was water after waiting for so long we had to take bath in cold water cos the Geyser didn't heat the water! They don't keep packaged water bottles to sell so you have to rely on the so called purifier which had no water again.Parking space is conjested so if you are visiting on a weekend find alternative parking for your cars.Inshort why even choose such a stay? Very disappointed.

One of the best places to stay with your friends. Located in city with many restaurants nearby. Service was the best. Hotel owner Ali was very well spoken, friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and they don't leave you unhappy. They try to deliver the items you ask for as quick as possible.

Excellent value for money. We hired a room with six bed, AC and two toilets. It proved very convenient for us. The owner Mr Ali is a very helpful person. He gave us a good itinerary also for our visit.

The hotel is located conveniently located with several restaurants and shopping options close. The rooms are overpriced for their lack of amenities. The heater didn't work properly and hot water wasn't available. The room had only one functional light. No toiletries and towels were given. To summarize my overall experience, better options are available for the same price range.

Nice rooms, friendly attenders, hot water available always. If power goes, they have generator backup. Neat and we'll maintained rooms. Comfortable and sound sleep. You can order for breakfast. They get a fantastic tea and coffee.. not to be missed that one. Big reception area to read morning newspaper n lazy around. You do have WiFi too.
