I was given a different room than the one I had booked for. Photos provided when booking for a room are misleading. There is no dedicated parking as mentioned. Linen is not changed. Door knobs don't work. TV channels not paid for. No geyser despite being mentioned as being available. Staff rudely stated that the place is no longer associated with OYO.
Rooms/bathroom weren't cleaned even after asking them to. The complementary breakfast is limited and is only half of what a normal person might have (for extra you need to pay and normally higher than what we pay at nearby hotels). Bedsheets were also not clean and even had 2-3 bedbugs. Otherwise the stay was fine.
Good staff behaviour.... But the rooms seems very dirty, you can't walk without slippers inside the room. And also the bed sheets are with much stains. It's good for short stay....
It is the worst experience from oyo. Please DONT stay in this garden comfort rooms. I have booked 2 (401&410) rooms for five days. TV remote is not available in both the rooms, AC in one room unserviceable, hot water we have to inform earlier as no geyser in wash room everytime the reception said like this "waste the cold water 2-3 buckets the hot water will come" i think he dont know the value of water, the worst room service inspite of informing them they did not come to clean the room saying silly execuses, no dustbin in rooms, they are not providing RO water, one day packaged drinking water also not available at reception to buy last but not least all the staff have done nothing, they speak politely but please don't believe them, they did not sorted out any one of my problem. Because of my health problem and treatment one of my family members , non availability of rooms nearby I had to adjust. My sincere advice PLEASE DONT STAY IN THIS ROOM.
Staffs are good and helpful. I have been staying for last 10 days. 24 hrs hot water availability, AC, free Wi-Fi, spacious rooms with very cheap price are the main reason for my staying a long.
Dear Sir, it was 1 month ago that i had great experience at Garden comfort...i had worst experience at the same place before a week. There was a great change....your app showed me Rs. 500/ room/day and he was asking Rs. 1200/ room/day...then i showed him the price of the day but he said that they are no longer associated with OYO ...i had other options to stay...i invited my friend...so, i had bad experience at the same place after a month...
Cleanness to be improved, Rooms should restricted strictly no smoking, reception boy should be trained properly to how to behave with guests, otherwise the stay was comfortable Room size is good.
