The room was good but the service was not good. The particular rooms which were booked by me in advance but during the check in time the room have been changed and also the breakfast was very poor. It was very uncomfortable and bad experience. One of the staff was asking for advance regularly for all the three days which we will have to stay. From the next time I will never come into this hotel I hope that they will take care on this review.
Nice hotel. Room n bathroom r clean. Staffs r good n well behaved. Outside 4 wheeler parking available. Shyamal open kitchen also very close for delicious food at affordable price. Very close to Assi ghat.
Good hotel but service is not much better
Hotel is really at good location if someone is about to explore assi ghats and nearby areas. Overall service was good. Room and bathrooms were clean. Budget friendly.
I don't like anything about the hotel. First the man that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Extremely poor service. definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Rooms were very clean, the only issue I had was internet connectivity. Airtel service is very poor in that area, and their wifi was also very slow, but overall the experience was very good, good staff behaviour which lights up the mood.
Good hotel near Assi Ghat and Bhu main gate. Pros- 1. Service is good. 2. Room and Washroom are clean and well maintained. 3. Complementary Breakfast is good. Cons- 1. No lift service. 2. Location is little bit far from main road. 3. Power back up problem.
Pathetic staff and services rooms are very small. Unprofessional work environment. Poor air conditioning. Worst hotel to stay in. Look for some other one. And OYO should consider the hotel once before choosing it. Worst OYO experience till date. OYO customer services are worst customer care executive should have to learn how to behave with customers.
