OYO 8420 Elite Inn - Hotel in Kazhakkoottam, Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

My overall exp is bad . Last night they changed 2 rooms for me. I feel they are not changing the bedsheet ,they are reusing them without wash as in both the rooms i found hairs and the pillows were having sweat smell. Not recommended for any one

No proper service, no proper communication, very bad experience. Tooo much costly, they don't consider online booking. While check out they start asking additional money

I stayed Elite Inn near kazhakuttam junction opposite to Ginger hotel for 3days, worst people working in receptionist, they will charge 2600 per night, behave like idiots, very dirty rooms, no fan. For this hotel i will give -5 ratings but review will not take less than one. Many hotels in kazhakuttam near police station for 500 good condition rooms.. OYo bevis

it's completely a bad experience to me.especially the room with dirty linens and beds are made but with used bedsheet. I booked this by an oyyo app and they cheated me with the money that i paid.I had a terrible experience on previous day of my main exam and I need to pay more money to the receiption to book the room.after a hectic full day of journey in a bus, I came to stay there on that day for the next day's exam and this all happened.as a common person in the society that terrible experience made me to write this review after 2years.it should not repeat for any one in their life.

The room was very small and was not clean. Cabinets were broken. AC wasn't functioning properly. The kettle kept in the room was dirty. The towels weren't clean. There was no mirror in the room, just a small one in the bathroom. Bathroom was average, didn't have hot water. I wouldn't recommend it to for ladies. In fact I checked out without staying since I didn't find it comfortable, after seeing the room.

The hotel is fine for the price you pay for one room per night. The washrooms were clean and the AC was functional. But there was problem of ants and mosquitoes in the room which was not good. They didn't even provide mosquito repellant when asked for it.

Room was good and they make sure to keep odour away. It also has a restraint inside where breakfast will be complimentary. Just that sheets were not changed. Cost-wise it's an economic service. Has TV, AC and Wi-Fi facilities too.

Neat and tidy rooms. The toilet smells smoky and the A/C & Television had initial problems while thr staff responded on time. Adequate storage facilities. Kindly introduce a better amenity kit.
