Hotel is actually good. I saw many reviews that hotel is worst. But, it was really good. Ac was working fine, hot water was available, washroom was clean, bedsheets were clean, lights were good and floor was clean. I am giving 4 star because one of the pillow was not covered and was dirty, and mat was not there and toiletries was not provided. And I think if this hotel is maintained perfectly in future, 5 star can be given.
Value for money, not much far to airport. Cleanness was up to the mark and staff was also co-operative. They just need to work on quality and quantity of breakfast, it wasn't tasty and quality was also less. Otherwise location wise it was ok and proximity to airport and railway station was also near.
Staffs are really good, room is good but cleaning not upto mark..... Since I'm from hospitality field I have seen many things which shouldnt have been seen....it would be Good if the room is checked before checkin....
Nice hotel near airport. Smaller AC rooms but cannot expect more at this rate. The room I stayed was decent enough for the price paid. Clean and neat room and washroom. Breakfast also decent as compared to earlier Oyo hotel I Stayed. Good for individual travelers who has limited budget. Keep it up Oyo.
Hotel is located in andheri east. You will get food and utilities nearby. But hotel is pathetic.. AC's not working in room... mosquitoes were there, taps are not working properly, no hot water.... Although the staff was cooperative.. we got it replaced with another one.
Was kind of in two minds due to some reviews I had seen for this hotel but I am happy I went ahead and booked in. The hotel is not a great luxury hotel but makes up for with some amazing staff. They were pretty amazing and made the stay worth. I would say if you are staying in Mumbai mainly to be close to the airport staying here is a no brainer
Good: clean rooms, thick and relatively comfy beds, nice sink, security on each floor, convenient to get to the airport Bad: only 1 plug to charge, mosquitos in room,no lift/elevator,a/c doesn't really get cold Ugly: check-in was horrible. Used expedia and there was no record of my reservation even though i showed them the email confirmation. Wouldn't accept my credit card. Took well over 3 hours to get everything straightened out.
Location is poor, rooms ok, just tried tea which was not good so didn't tried any other eatables. I am not enjoying my stay here it's just passing one more night in such place
