OYO 83187 Shiv Enclave - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. The AC in my room was functioning decently and the staffs were responsive. I didn't give 5 stars because the TV in my room was not functioning as they didn't pay for the cable/DTH. And they even charged Rs 150 more than the rate which was displayed in OYO app.

PLEASE TAKE 5 MINUTES TO READ THIS!!!!! Please I am giving 1 star here, because there is no option for a "0" or negative. I booked my room with Agoda. My booking was confirmed and Agoda even sent me every possible Booking ID and details that existed. On reaching the destination, I was told by the hotel staff that I do NOT have a room booked. This was 6am in the morning when I could not find any other accommodation. 1. Hotel staff was reluctant to check even the possibility of the booking existing in their system, because their "calendar" didn't have my booking, they simply said it's not THERE. 2. The staff had blocked all OYO, or AGODA related call numbers so the customer service couldn't reach them. 3. They had rooms available, and seeing us all needy, the staff person increased his room rent within minutes and asked us double the amount of room price we had booked with. 4. My mother had to use washroom, they didn't even have a proper washroom or even basic human decency to provide us with at least a good washroom. ALL I CAN SAY IS, This maybe, my worst experience with any hotel up till date, Mishaps are one thing, but this kind of behavior from any accommodation owner is just UNACCEPTABLE.

Everything was fine except that AC was not working and there was power cut at early 4AM. When I asked to power on the generator, the security said there is no diesel and didn't even try getting up. This was after I called the reception without being answered. When I went out at around 5AM, he was awake and trying to power on the generator. Not sure if he was lazy to get up earlier or if it was the truth but power was restored. No mini fridge or kitchen as mentioned.

Rooms are clean and fairly big. The bathroom is also neat and clean. The staff working here is polite. But if you are coming from another part of the country, the language may be a barrier. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is not a restaurant rather they will prepare what is available to them or you can request them to make something you want to have. The food is very homely and tasty. It is located slightly away from the traffic and noise so it is peaceful. Highly recommend it.

It's located near Nagawara. Really good place to visit with partners, friends etc... Rooms are with great space containing facilities like - A.C, Mini Fridge, Fan, Wash Basin, Western Toilet. Rent is very reasonable and can be afforded from everyone.

Average accommodation, and the reception is very bad. Even the room cleaning is not properly done. Beds are good and the food is average, though not bad. There is no choice of food, we have to take whatever he gives. Complementary breakfast is just limited to one variety of their choice, nothing in our hands. Some things are okay, some are very bad, particularly, idly is no different from a hard rubber. Rs. 150 extra for complementary breakfast is to high. When I asked for water bottles on the second day, the response was annoying : "we give water bottle only at the time of check in and not everyday. You would get water only in jug from second day." There is problem with hot water every other day. If you call four to five times and shout at them, they would provide with a bucket. They would respond very arrogantly that it would take time. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are good for this price. Bedsheets seemed to be not very clean. Location is good for people going to Manyata tech park.

Date-25/5/19.Small hotel. Decent room. Very compact for 3. Staff just got extra bed and kept. Said something in kannada. At the end of sign language we understood he was not going to put covers etc. It was our job. Biggest problem was, there were 25 mosquitoes (very precise). Asked for musquito coil. They said yes. But even after asking again, they dint get it. Luckily i had a musquito fast card, and with our 6 hands we managed to find and kill all, over a hour. 1 pillow had some small blood stains (got it replaced). Last guest must have had same problem. Location is in a remote area. After all complaints the manager said if you have so many problems, you can cancel booking and look for another place. Not sure he was being polite or rude. But he walked away, so i, guess its the latter.1 good thing was, most of bangalore was without electricity, here the ac also worked on the generator. 26/5/19 Woke up at 6 (on a sunday) touching their balcony (i could have just stepped onto their 1st floor slab, attached picture) new construction work started. For few months, year... do not stay here
