I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was a delightful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm that added to the overall ambiance. I especially loved the private balcony, where I could enjoy the serene views of the surrounding landscape.
Not going back to this place. If you are planning for a stay there or wanna host a party , this is not the place you wanna go. Irresponsibilities of the employees left us speechless.
Suggesting the owner of this resort for better service. It's not just a place to eat and take photos. If you plan to stay there think twice. From my own personal experience i never was so uncomfortable in my entire life. Couples using the cottage and the room service was not responsible enough to clean it for the future customers. If you are doing a business then do it properly.
Peaceful place but the maintenance of the huts are very poor. Food quality is good but, service is poor, too delay in serving food and after completion they don't clean the huts. They should maintain the cleanliness oh the resort because the location is pleasant and beautiful
When you search the resorts in jorhat, this so called resort shouldn't appeared in the list. because there is nothing in this place like a resort except the natural ambience. But don't fall for it's ambience because every yellow thing is not a gold. the foods are overpriced without tastes, services are like only talkative, rooms are dirty and even in night you are not allowed to come from the rooms after dinner(remember this is a resort). There is shortage of water for every rooms and AC's are not in a good health. And yes there is a so called pool which is as much clear as toilet tank. During the shortage of water their staff gives this pool's water to use for the customers (with a speech like 'try to understand we are trying to give you the proper service as much as we can'). You pay your room's fees but you won't get your even essential services. So move your back and please check out for other resorts.
The service was shockingly subpar, the rooms were not only obnoxiously unhygienic but also riddled with remnants of previous customers' hair, the staff displayed an appalling level of negligence and rudeness, the pools were left unattended, becoming breeding grounds for frogs and tadpoles, the food was exorbitantly priced and lacked any semblance of flavor, the water service was abruptly stopped, and when we requested water, they filled our tank from the same grimy, unhygienic pool. Adding to our woes, faulty switchboards not only damaged my charger but also posed a safety hazard, the air conditioner failed to function entirely, charges were incurred for extra pillows that were never provided, and blankets were denied, leaving us shivering in discomfort. To top it off, the plates provided for meals were shockingly dirty, covered in greasy, unwashed residue, leaving us utterly disgusted and thoroughly disappointed with this deplorable experience.
Though I have not used the huts but there was lack of cleanliness outside in the premises and services are not up to the mark. Food quality is not very good. I also experienced that there were no timely services.
I didnot like the food . The quantities were too low of fried rice . Please don't try the hakka noodles. So bad taste there were only 5 small pieces of chicken and the price was 250. the resort is good but food is not so good I am not satisfied with the food.
Our stay at this establishment was a nightmare; the service was abysmal, the rooms were disgustingly unhygienic with remnants of previous customers' hair, the staff exhibited the worst behavior and negligence, the pools were unattended, overrun by frogs and tadpoles, the food was overpriced and utterly tasteless, the water service was halted, and when we requested water, they filled our tank from the same grimy pool. Moreover, faulty switch boards damaged my charger, the air conditioner was non-functional, charges were levied for extra pillows never provided, and to top it off, the plates were unwashed, greasy, and covered in oil. This experience was beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable.
