One of the best hotel in DarjeelingThis hotel was cleaned and luxurious.I am very happy after stayed here. Service 5/5.

It was 2 days stay, receptionist was very kind. Being a 2 start hotel, infrastructure was good, room was little small and can be manageable. Breakfast was good in taste. The only issue I found is no backup was there for electricity not even single light in the room. Although it happens very times, but there should be atleast a backup plan.

Most pathetic experience. I booked a package tour and been to Kalimpong, Gangtok, Pelling prior check-in to this hotel. I had two premium rooms with BRF+DNR package. Both rooms were without any ventilation and damp smell, washrooms were stuffy without any exhaust system. Water supply and geyser was erratic. Rooms are cleaned after 1600hrs. No menu option given to the vegetarian guests. Only three persons were looking after this property starting from reception to housekeeping to kitchen upto room service. Housekeeping staff seen sorting and picking tea coffee and sugar sachets after brooming. No parking of this property not even drive through, multilevel parking was 500 meters. For me it was a blunder.

Room is good for couples. All basic amenities provided. Staffs are quit good and services are also good. Only problem is location. It's not beside the road. You need to get downwards to the road and car cannot reach there. No sign board along the roadside. Darjeeling is preety congested and its visible on this road.

5 stars for the Upkeep of the rooms. You will find all rooms clean and maintained with modern interiors and bathroom fittings Location is next to road (u have to get down the road a bit , but hotel staff will help with the luggage. Location infact is very good as it is right opposite Taxi stand and v close to Darjeeling Toy train station. Also you have Reliance Mart next to the hotel. Food is just awesome Room service is good Staff are courteous and well behaved Teething issues might happen but staff responds promptly.

Small, smelly rooms with poor maintenance. Service persons are prompt and well behaved. Prime Location but parking and unpacking/packing on the roads is extremely irritating as the small road will block the cars behind. Also enroute to the hotel from the road is not a nice experience.

Hotel is near to railway station and the road along with it is very busy road. It is not adjacent to road neither has any parking area. Pick and drop is difficult here. There is no viewing scope to see surrounding area from here. Rooms are small and you may face air circulation not proper. Staff and foods are good.

We stayed there for two days. We thought #Kurana group is best and it turned out as poor. Hotel service staff are good and understandable. But manager (Black-blue suit) is very careless and didn't paid attention to our needs. What's bad- 1. Our room was located in ground third floor and there's no lift 2. It was too cold in the ground floor and heater was not working properly, we requested to replace it and manager denied to do so. They charged 700 rs for useless heater for two days. 3. Intercom in the room was not working and each time we have to come up 4. Location of the hotel is not good 5. Manager is very partial towards guests 6. We requested to change the room, manager agreed and later he didn't make any changes 7. Geyser in the room will gives only 1/4 ltr of hot water and we have to wait for 30 more minutes to get hot water 8. Overall its very bad experience for us. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone Only good thing is service staffs are good. Food is okay.
