Very friendly and professional staff But a really dirty room, we stayed because it's the only establishment that welcomes foreigners

The pillow covers were awful , the bedsheets were not clean ,

Hotel Does not accept oyo bookings at all, straightly denied. I booked my hotel room previous night of check in date through oyo, but when i reached they did not let me in , so why have they kept their option open for oyo bookings if they don't accept their guests. Highly unprofessional behaviour. So anyone who wants to book online do not bother, they won't let you in.

* Worst service. * Never go to this hotel.. The manager (Vipin Panday) don't have manners to talk. When I filed a complaint against geyser not working, he said "its not my fault and when you come next time take another hotel". * Beds were dirty. * To service was not available as he said its night time. * No kitchen was available and hence no foods. Please don't take this hotel at any cost.

Worst hotel... Don't stay anyone... Dirty rooms with dirty toilets... Leakage of water... Unsafe as aluminum window lock is broken... Anyone can open ur window from outside... Dirty bed... Room is smelling dampness... Manager pandey is v.rude behavior... Tv not working... Telephone no of reception not working... If u want a worst experience in life den book dis hotel.. .. Waste of money... Manager pandey is asking extra money for himself for water also... Horrible experience.. Worst hotel of my lfy..

his is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Dont expect much from here.Strictly a budget place. Ive visited budget hotels and have seen better kept places and better service. 1) Had unclean sheets 2) Washroom was not cleaned. 3) Dont expect any service. 4) Double check taxi rates if you ask them for taxis 5) Hotels need maintenance, regular ones, walls are all falling apart, stained everywhere

KRB Paradise is a great looking hotel in the vicinity of ISBT, Dehradun. It is Oyo compatible, economically priced, welcomes couples, has city view in nearly all its rooms and has appealing looks from the outside. As a passerby or a Window Shopper on the hotel Booking apps, these might be the best points of attraction, but let these not fool you. Once inside, the hotel is filled with small intricate loop holes that would spite your stay. Just to give an outlook of how things are, here are some of those. 1. Bed Lenin's are not properly washed. There were lipstick and nail paint marks on my bed Lenin and the comforter had blood stains. 2. Basic Amenities are a drastic failure. Beds shake and creek, exhaust fans in washrooms don't work, tap water runs out at night. So if you are a night pooper, don't even think of coming here. 3. They have no idea of serving suggestions. Lemon tea per cup is accompanied by a lemon so small that to squeeze 5 drops from it is testing your might. There is no difference between normal and masala team poached eggs are raw on both sides, sweet lassi is not sweet at all. 4. Complimentary breakfast is actually a favour that the hotel does because some online booking firms say so. And that is why they feed you with the worst breakfast they can Solicit. There is no sugar in coffee, no refills if the food stock from the buffet runs out and asking for stuffs like sugar and salt is a crime as it takes more that 20 minutes to fetch one spoon of sugar. 5. The receptionist questions you about the ratings you give in a tone that is meant as if you have committed a crime giving them any lower than 5. If you are planning for a stay that ranges between 12 noon of any day to before 8:00 am of another and have enough work that keeps you busy and out of the hotel, this is the best place for you. Especially the Butter Chicken they survey at the dinner is the best that I have had recently.
