OYO 819965 Hote Champion Prince - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Room was good and clean. Clean restroom. But the issue here is they didn't provide set-up box for TV. After asking multiple times, they fix the set-up box. But that is also not recharged. And they didn't share the wifi password. Asking WiFi password to the host and he asked me to wait without any reason. After waiting more than 10 mins in reception, i lost my patience and return back to room. And one of the host is suddenly open the door and check the room whether extra person is there or not which is totally not acceptable. They need to learn how to behave and speak with customers. And we paid the amount for 3rd person and they didn't provide bed and pillow. If they are changing the host it would be better for the hotel management. Because of location many people booked this hotel like me.

I booked room in the hotel from Agoda app. At the time of check-in the the hotel executive didn't allow me by saying which price you booked we don't provide room. I said but my reservation in your hotel done. After long conversation he said you cancel booking and get booking by ourselves.i have to pay 2nd time just because its midnight. This hotel is fraud as well as Agoda. No customer care number has been on the site and which number on the site that is OYO customer care number.

Do not come here! No hand-wash in bathrooms, bugs on the bed, room is not cleaned everyday. No complimentary drinking water provided. Beds are so old and sink in the middle. Towel provided is ratty and has holes in them. Finally manager will not give you the room if you've booked through OYO and will extort 2000Rs per person more only when you reach the front desk. You should take another hotel after you comaplon to OYO, the only reason I have the 2000 extra was I had arrived at 11pm and was tired from the travelling. I believed that atleast the service would match a 3 star hotel, it does not!! Probably extorted the hotel rating as well. Usually I check the reviews, but I had booked in a hurry and made the worst mistake of my life. DO NOT VISIT.

Nice place to stay in Bangalore. Visited for official trip and found this place to be one of the best option. The place is ideal for may reasons like rooms condition, service and location which makes accessible to many locations. It is located in a calm place which is bit away from traffic. There is a market of vegetables and fruits just adjacent to the place. Rooms alloted to me was clean with water availability throughout my stay time. The rooms available here are both AC and Non AC. One this I like the most is the temple inside the campus where may people do yoga in the morning. Have a nice stay in this place.

Never book in this place. After getting a confirmation message from Oyo n funds debited, once u arrive at the hotel, the receptionist will straight up deny the booking saying that they cannot give the room for so n so rate which was published on Oyo. And they will demand you to pay more money. They will give some lame excuses saying they have removed the property from Oyo , but stil they are accepting bookings till today. When you try to contact Oyo customer service to raise a complaint, they wil try to reach the owner of the property and the owner will not pick the call. Hence ur booking end up getting cancelled from oyo. If u want to avoid any last minute inconveniences, don't book in this scam hotel management.

Worst hotel and most reduculus hotel reception. One star given to add these comments. It's worse than this.

Wonderful service from the management... Nyc atmosphere... I'm happy and I recommend this for all...
