Secure and safe stay. All most on the main Bypass road. The receptionist was very polite though charged me extra for oyo booking. Couples can visit this without hesitation. Homely environment was appreciated. I would suggest rather than booking on oyo, you may contact the hotel directly to room your room.

Hy Me Bidhan an Executive stayed OYO 8189 in 2019 alone without any nuisance and unnecessary disturbance.New room with Marbel floor ,Tiles ,clean bathroom, huse colld & hot water.AC is functional well. Curtain, Towel ,Seating Sofa with Tea table all r well maintained clean enough.Receptionest with sweet loughy face with mild behaviour not harsh. Room service timely available. A silence place in Crowded City of Joy. Friend, Family, Couple or alone must choose this hotel.

Wish I could give negative rating, I had 2 guests to stay ( 2 males) who visited Kolkata for medical emergency. After booking the hotel at 9:00 PM, we called the property for guiding us to the location but the hotel owner said that "The price in which you have booked is too low and we will not accept your check-in" (Jis price pe aapne book kiya hai aapko room nahi mil payega) , he didn't have us the direction and told us rudely not to come as he won't let us in. And eventually he didn't let us check in.

Yesterday i booked this hotel room from oyo and pay it on online. But when i check into the hotel room the owner refused to give room.. his point was oyo has decrease the tariff rate than there rate. We complained oyo about this matter. Oyo's Customer service want to talk with him but he behaved very rude with them.. after the call he claimed extra money from me! But later oyo has resolved the issue they have not paid back.... This isues are not with us they have been doing to all.. Eles the room was not cleaned ,bad network issue, gyser problem. Staffs are really bad Specially the owner was Very ill-manner person!! Not recommended!!!

Worst hotel even the reception staffs are rude and dont coordinate with customers. I booked from OYO then when i checked in then they came up with stories we dont accept online pre payment as OYO dont give them money. Why should a customer being harrases and bullied for this. I had to pay again at the hotel when contacted OYO helplline he denied having a word with the manager and used abusive words. Rooms are also not cleaned properly ciggerette buds lying here and there cockroaches flying in the room . Very much dissapointed wont recommend this hotel to anyone OYO 8189 .

Room ok but high rent

The guest house is good... clean and decent... staff behaviour is also convenient. ... Eagle Boys Pizza at a walking distance of 2 mins approx... but only backdraw... mobile network is very weak inside the room...!!!

very bad experience with OYO never try to book with Oyo again. I already booked for Om shanti international for 731 with breakfast but at that hotel no one to receive after 2hrs and 6-7 calls to Oyo customer care they provided this third class hotel and charged 1137 without breakfast even I stay there for 4hrs only. very unhelpful no supervisor on floor of customer care they enjoy their night and disconnected calls. this hotel was 1km far and I travel with my wife alone at 3am. wasted so much money and time. definitely sue Oyo in court.
