OYO 818011 Flagship Hotel Samanvay - Hotel in Vadodara - Vadodara, India

Never book this hotel, very very small rooms, there are cockroach in the room. They never accept online paid booking (prepaid booking, paid through oyo app). They asked me to do whole payment in cash at hotel. This hotel is in name of royal comfort on 3rd floor but Now in Oyo app its name is royal gold and showing on 2nd floor. They didn't accept cross religion couples like (Hindu-Muslim couples). For RO water they said customer have to do self service. Customer itself go to restaurant area (near to reception) and take RO water from water dispenser. Beware Never go to this hotel

The quality of hotel is degrading through the time it was very friendly and easy check inn hotel but as it reached the top of oyo townhouse in Vadodara it has become very unfriendly no easy check inns Online booking is not entertained and also any booking below 1200 INR is not entertained. The quality of the rooms have also degraded on the grounds of cleanliness and faucets and fixtures in bathrooms and in furniture not in good condition. In short very less or no maintenance.

It's OYO Townhouse so I had high expectations. But may be it was a bad day. The room was small. I was not satisfied with the experience that day. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, washroom wasn't clean. Although the staff was good but the first look at the room was not pleasant. The hotel is well maintained and budget friendly. It's centrally located so everything is available at walkable distance. Service was okay. Would recommend you to call the hotel and ask the staff to sanitise and clean before your arrival.

Overall it was good stay but here are some points that i think one should consider before booking. - most of the rooms don't have any window so for fresh air you need to struggle bit. - don't go for normal water as they will give you tap water. Overall service is good.

"Ghatiya service" NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. Worst of the worst service considering the amount they charge even for single room. Staff is not at all customer friendly specially the one attends the customer at front desk. Moreover these peoplw do not accept payments made through Oyo. So please don't waste your time and money here!

Nice hotel, the guy reception is well behaving, as it is an oyo property but good to book from goibibo not recommended to book with oyo, as of now my experience with goibibo and oyo. Location is good, staff is good, but timing limitations are there for make an order for tea or coffee, and make sure you reach on breakfast on time.

Worst place to stay. Right next door to a party hall that plays music at extremely high volume till early morning so you can't sleep a wink at night. The Internet doesn't work so you can't get work done in the day and you can't get sleep in the night. Fails at every aspect of hospitality.

Firstly room number 317 was allocated to me. But due to foul smell, dirty washroom and unclean linen I asked for room change.Later I was shifted to room number 313., Pictures of room number 313 are provided in the review. Well the pictures are clear for the review. The room's wall had shoe stamps everywhere. I was completely unsatisfied with the room but had to stay in the same room due to an emergency. NOTE : THERE ARE NO WINDOWS JN ANY OF THE ROOMS AS INFORMED BY OYO STAFF. THE ROOM FEELS SUFFOCATING AS THERE IS NO PROPER VENTILATION.
