OYO 81608 Hotel Majestic Grand - Hotel in Shimla, Bhawana - Shimla, India

Don't think about the good photos of the hotel from google they are fake and misleading because rooms were very dirty. Mattress was not for human beings because it was only torn sponge without cover. Bathroom was very dirty with leakage and foul smell. Cubboards were smelly and broken. Blankets was dirty. Water heater was not working. Food was good.staff behaviour was good.Overall except staff and food hotel was below average level.

Bed sheets and blankets were in dilapidated condition. Not clean and were smelly . Called at the reception counter but no one responded.Manger at the reception not ready to listen in the morning !Poor service and staff at the reception counter during night shift has no sense of talking and rude behaviour! Really not a place to book your room! Not worth and don't waste your money and instead choose other options

This Hotel does not even deserve the 1 star. Very Bad Room Service with very bad staff. Hotel does not have own Kitchen. Food Order Placed through Hotel is Very Expensive with very less quantity and very bad taste. Hotel does not have WIFI in Room. Hotel Staff is not co-operative. Telephone not working in Room. TV not working. After regular complaint for services still staff is not supporting to the customer. Room are not sound proof as there was music at top floor till 3 am so were unable to sleep as we were tired. They have no Parking in Hotel. As We pay fine 1000 rs fine for parking. As hotel staff told us you can park vehicle near hotel.

We stayed there During Christmas Eve. It was one of my cycling trip to Shimla and I am really happy to say hotel staff let us carry our MTB's in and kept them with safety. Rooms was not that good but was good enough to spend a night. Our room was adjoining to the Discotheque so till 12 there was loud music coming to our room. We didn't ordered anything to the room so can't tell anything about room service. Location is pretty good, because it is situated out of the hustle and bustle Shimla city. If you love to party then it can be a good choice because they have bar and Disc, so you can do party and stay at same place. There is small market outside where you can have food if you want to.

Best hotel ever for loosing money. The hotel guy was so rude, disco bass in basically every room(and to over that they were saying that they wont be able to off the disco). Basically waste of money, so i suggest if you going then dont/never book online.

I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. nHotel staff is non responsive. No proper water arrangements in hotel. I was struggled for 3 hour to get the water supply in my washroom. Also, the worst part is the breakfast. They serve only one parantha and one tea only. Except parantha no other option of breakfast is available My recommendations to to visit in this hotel.

Pathetic service. 2 star hotel giving rooms at 3000/- in may and June. Staff manager Aayushi Negi is very rude and stubborn. Please do not book room in this hotel. Parking facility also not available and you just see under construction tunnel when you look out of window.

Rooms are okaish, Bathroom is bad only usable for emergency, neither water is filled not the towels are provided, On the day of my stay, few youngsters came out of this hotel's pub and fought each other, got arrested, there were girls going in and out of different cars parking around the street, the arrested person came back after 20mins with the pub owner, In essence the whole place gives shady vibes, a big NO for couple or families.
