Spacious rooms, bathroom is not clean, no hot water in some bathrooms. Bedsheets and doormats are not clean. No signal for half of TV channels. Remote area, but peaceful and nature environment. Nice staffs. Comparatively low price.
The hotel is not super special, they do offer decent rooms and at a very affordable price. The staff is very polite and supportive. Its just 4 kms away from Panjim bus stand, its an offbeat place. Preferably for the people with groups who are looking at good price and can hire bikes to travel.
Helpful staff , spacious room,located in peaceful area. blankets pillows and beds were not very clean and had bad smell.there were hardly any shops around for morning tea or breakfast.

Mr.Rohan and Mr.Kimm ...they will provide a local Communicator and if your going to Explore in Goa ..then Must stay in this place if ur luking for a Normal prize ..
When we reached , it was pouring down in Panjim and the auto walas were very rude to us they were not ready to take us so We called to guest house and he said he will send cab to pick us up. We were so relieved. The staff is really polite. Rooms are clean. You get hot water 24/7. But if you want to see real goa this place is like 20km away from the baga beach which is famous for parties and night life. If you r into church and historic place even then you have to travel 7 - 10 km to fort and sinquirium beach . Other wise peaceful stay and friendly staff .
Its an awesome place to stay in goa since its away from city its ambiance is fabulous. Hotel manager rohan, a fantastic guy plans every single thing for us in goa and everything was amazingly good. Thank you rohan and village inn guest house for such a a memorable trip.....
