Room good. Location fine. Breakfast timings mentioned as 7 am to 10 am. But it was not ready till 8.45 am. Service is good. Staff is courteous and helping nature. Overall good.
In past I gave this place 5 star. But now they are lacking in many things. Though Place is good for stay only. Rooms are good. Location is good. But there is no food facility. In breakfast they have only 1 option Aloo ka parantha, that too just a formality, not good. Tea also served in a small cup. And for breakfast you need to come outside of your room to reception area. They stopped to serve in room. Otherwise despite having kitchen they dnt serve anything neither lunch nor dinner. And if you request them to bring from outside, they simply refuse due to shortage of staff they won't bring from outside. OR give them extra tips to bring.
Terrible experience The location is a but scary, the entrance to the hotel in itelf is like a stairway to hell but once you enter the rooms are decent We were supposed to check out in the morning at 5 am and had also informed the hotel about it but on the day of checkout these guys were sleeping peacefully in one of the rooms and also locked all the hotel exits. Had to figure out the hotel front desk guys number and call him to wake him up.
Peaceful place to stay with proper maintenance and good food. Happy customer. Thanks for taking care of our comfortable stay.
