I am not understood. Owner not intervene hotel controls. Staff doesn't have manner to talk with customers. Hoter no post control Not cleaning Washroom durty and toilet flush not working. For western toilet we need to lift the water n through in wc. No proper response. Dull lights Durty smell in rooms No intercom to call reception. No room service. Couldn't provide salt/spoon/tea cup/Tissue paper atleast. It's worst experience ever n never i have seen. Pls don't choose this hotel for Goa visit. A good service / Bad service stories never ends
That was my first day in Goa and I tried contacting many hotels and Oyo rooms for a room to stay for the night. Every hotel is pre booked and no vacancies were available. Then somehow I got to know about this Kismat hotel and tried calling them, they have immediately shared the location and gave me a room at an affordable price. The service is completely good. There is a restaurant nearby and they offer door delivery to the room directly. It has both Ac and Non Ac rooms. The street view is awesome as its situated on the corner of the street. Right at the end of the street you can find the Big daddy cruise standing on the beach. Awesome experience here
Staff and service was excellent Centre point place from all the casinos and at the best rate. Good rooms with TV available.
Osm place at affordable price. The staff is so good and helpful . Daani help us so much from renting us car to booking water activities. I will suggest you guys to stay here.
The stay in Hotel Kismat was peaceful, rates are reasonable and rooms are quite clean. The only drawback is there is no lift in the hotel the rooms are in second floor and above. So going up and frequently would be tired after a day long of roaming there in Goa.
