Amazing location. Step down from the hotel and a few steps .. you are right on the beach !!!Close to the vibrant and fun places near Baga beach. Vibrant night ambiance at the beach along the stretch. Had a very good time with friends. Rooms are clean and spacious with all required facilities. Staff is super helpful and efficient. Would definitely come back next time. Thank you !!
Pathetic Experience. OYO reviews are Fake 1. No Exhaust Fan in bathroom. 2. Room not clean 3. Matress quality is poor 4. Hot water starts @10.30 am 5. No power backup 6. You will not get tea if machine get off due power shut down. 7.No room cleaning service 8.No dental kit. 9.Soap kit on request only
Arrived on time for check in even though the check in was smooth the rooms were dirty and stinking they didn't even bothered to empty the dust bin. The TV was not working even after they assured us they'll take care of it. We weren't even provided with drinking water at the time we got the room. There was no light in the bathroom somebody had to bring a bulb and put up in the bathroom after we have received the room. The room which was provided us with initially was with a faulty A/C so we had to request a change. And the piece de resistance was that there was no swimming pool even though they advertise as such. Waste of a holiday. Totally unprofessional and ignorant.
Worst staff behavior. While checking out the person at reception was very rude. He asked me forward the oyo booking confirmation mail to him. I was looking for the email and suddenly he snatched the phone and started scrolling through my mail, I took my phone back and asked him not to behave like this. I sent the email to him. But he started mumbling abusive word. I was with my family and I felt very embarrassed. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. He did something with the forwarded email and rated himself 5 star. Don't forward the email. Rate it by yourself.
Not even rate even 1 star. Stayed for 2 days and 1 night. Very bad experience. Only benefit is it was close to Baga Beach, otherwise it is a hell....Also there is no complementary water for drinking, such a mess. Morning food was available but only food was 2 breads, 1 omlet, 4 pieces pineapple, 4 pieces watermelon and 1 tea. Not willing to give extra tea also..... Guys don't go for it....
There was no power supply for more that 36 hours.. Hotel can't even afford to buy a electricity generator. Your phone may not work as there is no mobile network booster installed. Hotel staff is good but needs lot of improvement. Thanks to Mr. Yogesh Tanuja, he managed the situation Preety well. This is not the first time we are facing this problem, even last year we had the same problem.
A 3-star budget hotel, oyo was as always cheap. Service was bearable, but not great. The location is the best part, 1 minute, maybe less, walk to the baga beach. You may face some problems, but the staff sorts it out almost immediately. There were a lot of power cuts during my 2 day stay.
For 1800/night , it's absolute value for money. Clean Average sized room, Clean bed sheets. Clean toilet. Breakfast- average (white bread toast/jam/ egg omelette + tea/coffee) WiFi speed is average Best location (Baga beach is a 1 min walk)
